Character name: Ciel
Character source: Rockman/Megaman Ciel (Fangame)
Character history: After the destruction of the Ragnarok at the hands of Zero, the world saw peace at last after countless years of conflicts and wars. To keep the memory of the heroes that gave up their lives for this to happen, the scientist Ciel began developing a set of items—Biometal—that held their souls and some of their memories as well.
However, things weren't over yet. Weil, the madman that tried to rule the planet not once, nor twice but thrice, had a countermeasure in case that his Ragnarok was destroyed. So, in a last-ditch effort, the man had his body and soul merged together with the remains of his space station, becoming what is now referred as Model W.
Model W had the capability of formatting the minds of Reploids and Humans alike and it turned them against each other once again, starting yet another war between man and machines. Ciel, using Model Z, jumped to action as a replacement to her beloved Zero and fought against Model W and its henchmen. Ultimately, the scientist stood face to five with her last challenge: Cial, a lookalike of her that held the strength of Model Copy X. During the battle, Ciel convinced her double that the real enemy was the cursed artifact and not her or humanity.
Side-to-side, Ciel and Cial used Final Strike to bring down Model W for good and prepared to flee the immense object. However, before they'd begin to run their way out, Model W activated its self-destruct sequence and had also set a flying path to Area Zero. Both knew that something had to be done and despite having offered her life in favor of humanity, Ciel was the one that left behind to change the huge machine’s curse into an empty wasteland.
Cial, on Area Zero, then watched—with tears on her eyes—how Model W exploded into nothing. Ciel was never seen again after that, but the scientist's double firmly believes that she is not dead and that she is living somewhere. Cial wasn't wrong though, as before the explosion took place, Ciel was transported by an unknown being into a place completely new to the girl.
Physical Description: Ciel is a young girl, probably at the age of 16-18. Her hair is blond and long and her eyes are of an electric blue color. Her clothes consist of a black helmet with a crystal embedded in front, some red and white details and an hole in the back that lets loose a long, but somewhat thin, strand of her hair. Her entire body is covered by a black, flexible fabric. Ciel also wears a red dress with a crystal embedded on the chest part of it, a pair of red gloves with golden details at the wrists and a bit above the elbow. A pair of red fabric is used on her legs, starting after a golden ring located on her thighs. Finally, a pair of thick golden rings at her ankles separate the red fabric from her footwear of choice: A pair of red boots with white heels.

Z-Saber [900 OM]
(Requires Physical Strength)
The signature weapon once wielded by the legendary hero, Zero, and now by Ciel. When not active, there's no blade, but only a small, white handle, however, by sending her energy to it, a green blade made of condensed plasma will sprout from one of the sides or even both of them simultaneously. The green blade is almost a feet and a half long and just a few inches wide and is also triangle-shaped.
The sword has enough raw power to cut through boulders and thin steel plates with little trouble and can even cut more resilient objects after a couple of slashes. In addition to that, Ciel can set the handle on the golden at her wrist and then turn on both blades of the sword before making it spin, effectively making a shield of sorts, though it only covers a very reduced area (Like 75% of her upper chest). The “spinning shield” is not that strong and can only block weak projectiles, not if they explode though, and some basic melee approaches, like punches.
Ultimately, Ciel can also charge energy onto her weapon for 5 seconds in which she may not use the saber at all. However, once the seconds have passed, Ciel will unleash the energy as an small, spinning cut wave that has a maximum traveling distance of two feet, after which it just gradually vanishes into nothingness. Power-wise, the wave is just as strong as the sword. This technique drains a considerable amount of energy from Ciel and can only be performed when on ground, too.
