Shaky iPhone footage. Not well focused. Police lights make it harder to see. Audio is muffled and very hard to decipher. Vision and Captain America leave a building, holding several people.

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Situation's handled, folks! Nothing more to see-

Officer Richards approaches them aggressively.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Hold it right there. What's going on? What was all that noise?

CAPTAIN AMERICA:
Sir-

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Who are you? Who are they?

Officer Richards points at Bellatrix. Vision places a hand on Captain America's shoulder. Cap nods and leaves to the side. The camera tries to follow him, but the video is so blurry it's hard to tell what's going on.

VISION:
One. We defused a hostage situation. Two. The noise was the result of a-

The video returns to the Vision talking to Officer Richards.

VISION:
-short skirmish between us and a hostile element. Three. We are the Avengers, a private peacekeeping organization. Four. The unconscious men and lady were victims of this woma-.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Are you serious right now?

VISION:
(beat) I don't understand.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Jesus- you're coming with me.

Bellatrix wriggles on Vision's shoulder.

BELLATRIX:
LET ME GO!

The video becomes more shaky as the crowd becomes uncomfortable.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Alright, let her go.

The Vision looks up at the smashed window. Smoke is billowing from inside.

VISION:
If your truly wish, I can release her.

Officer Richards pauses, hands on hips. A few seconds later, he speaks.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Alright, citizen. You're under arrest. Let her-

VISION:
Error.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
-go. Now. That is an order, citizen-

VISION:
Error.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
-let her go - whaddyu mean, "error"?

The gem on Vision's forehead glows as the Vision tilts his head. He responds after a moment.

VISION:
Error. My partner and I are not citizens of Costa del Sol. Thus, we are not under the jurisdiction of the police department, but that of the foreign affairs office, who have yet to comment. While our clients ARE under your jurisdiction, the law states that citizens who were not the instigators of criminal activity cannot be involuntarily placed under police custody. And though you have the authority to detain our clients for questioning, the law also states that, if they are unable to answer due to outstanding medical issues, you must wait until they receive medical attention, which we will supply per the wishes of our clients. If the foreign affairs office wishes to interfere with the business of an organization that just stopped a tragedy, I will be happy to cooperate.

Vision places Bellatrix and Jeremy on the hood of the police car.

VISION:
These two, however, will not be receiving medical attention from us. While Ms. Lestrange is also not a citizen of Costa del Sol, the law states that assault or attempts of assault on citizens of Costa del Sol is a crime regardless of citizenship. She has assaulted one such citizen. This man IS a citizen of Costa del Sol, and has assaulted the same citizen. Would you like to arrest Ms. Lestrange cuffed or uncuffed?

Officer Richards freezes again, then rubs his eyes.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Alright, fine. Just give me the keys to her cuffs.

Vision drops them in Richards' outstretched hand.

OFFICER RICHARDS:
Gonna be sooo happy when I finally arrest your ass.

VISION:
In the event where you have procured the proper documents, as I said, I will be happy to cooperate. But do not mistake my cooperation for obedience, officer.

Vision starts floating into the air. The camerawoman says, "Whoa" quietly.

VISION:
If any officers in your regiment would like tutelage in fulfilling your duties more effectively, you may come to us.

Vision disappears. The camera tries to follow, but the lights make it impossible. The audio is filled with wind blowing past, and something moves above the rooftops. Video ends.
