Road to Christa
#1
It was a fresh and new day, Klaud’s body was still aching all over from her run in with that creepy old man. Her loyal companion however did not seem to be bothered by it anymore, Lau jimin was his old cheerful self once again. The former commander arrived at the Nexus, the central hub of the omniverse and the fastest, quickest way to the vasty deep. Even though she had been searching the tropical verse in the past she now received actual location coordinates from one of her scientists, Reever finally pulled through.

The Nexus was quiet and uneventful, every now and then she noticed other inhabitants of the Omniverse travel through the emptiness to reach the portal of their choice. Klaud did not have time to simply walk across this ocean of paleness, she took her time to summon a vehicle to quickly travel the distance to the other gate. It took some time but when the exorcist finished molding the omnilium a brand new silver bike had appeared before her eyes. Lau climbed up onto her shoulders, the little critter seemed excited, he clearly knew what was about to happen. The femme fatale put her helmet on, strapped her uniform tight and moved her leg across the motorbike saddle. With a single push of the button the engine of the machine purred like a wild tiger. Even in its stationary it sounded like a powerful turbine powering up. Lau got in position, Klaud made sure he was strapped down before taking of. A single rev of the engine took over the silence of the verse. A second rev was heard when the exorcist took off on the silver racer.

The vehicle was fast, but not fast enough for the daredevil’s taste, she was in a hurry. Due to the lack of scenery her mind started to drift off, back to where she first met Christa, before they started on their adventure to find Omni. If she had known what she does now, she would’ve never joined the pursuit of knowledge, many secondaries lost their lives during their travel. Friends were buried, enemies were left behind and wishes came true at the most highest of cost. But at the end, she did make it, and through this experience she bonded with some of the most strangest people she had ever had the pleasure of calling friends.

Now one of these friends was in danger, she had been for a long time and managed to reach out to Klaud. Her message did not sound like the Christa she once knew, things must have happened to the adventurer, perhaps it had something to do with that crazy sister of hers. Hopefully she would find out soon enough.

At the horizon her destination appeared, the gate of the vasty deeps was just up ahead. A feeling in the pit of her stomach told her this was the start of something greater, she just hoped it wouldn’t be as crazy an endeavour as before. The silver speedster came to a halt mere meters before the magical portal. No one else was around. The commander placed Lau on her shoulder before making the vehicle disperse into thousands of Omnilium shards.
“I’m coming for you Christa.”
The exorcist went through the portal, Reever had better be right this time.
