Character Name: Doctor Doom

Character Source: Marvel Comics

Characters History: Victor Von Doom was to a Latverian Romani tribe, ruled by an unnamed Baron. Victor's parents were Cynthia Von Doom and Warner Von Doom. Doom's mother was a witch who died by the hands of Mephisto, at this time Victor was a very young child. Victor's father was the tribes leader and medicine man. Soon after Victor's mothers death, the Baron's wife became deathly ill. Victor's father was called to help the Baron's wife. Unable to heal her Victor and his father were labeled as murders and quickly fled to the mountainsides of Latveria. There Victor's father died of exposure trying to keep Victor warm. Victor survives and returned to his village swearing revenge on the Baron. Growing up Victor became a brilliant man, creating devices infused with sorcery and technology, the devices protect and free his tribe. In doing so Victor gained the attention of the Empire state University. From there Victor leaves his home to the United States. Once in the University Victor meets a fellow student and future hated enemy, Reed Richards, Victor quickly dislikes him. At one point Victor creates a machine with the capacity to communicate with the dead. Richards tried to warn Victor that his machine was flawed. Ignoring the warning the machine violently explodes severally damaging his face. Expelled from the University because of the accident, Victor travels to Tibet and learns from monks. There Victor creates his suit of armor and took the name Doctor Doom. Soughting to rise in power and gain revenge from those he blames to cause his accident. In doing so he lives his life doing what some would call evil, Doom was even able to become supreme ruler of his home country, Latveria. During one of Doom's events, he steals classified plans from the organization known as Shield. The plans were called operation All Father. These plans were made for if the Asgaurdian god Odin became a threat. With the plans Doom captures Odin and gains his near unlimited  powers and was able to take over the world. Doom's glory was short lived, as a small task force of superheroes were able to defeat him. In his defeat Odin was freed, angered by Doom's treachery Odin cast Doom Into an eternity of suffering from there Omni took him.

Starting Proficiencies: Ranged Proficiency (1000 OM)  Area of Attack (600 OM) Area Shield (400) 

Powers: Basic Super Jumping (300) Foresight (1500) 

Moves:
Energy Blasts-(300 OM) Doom Charges yellow mystical energy through his armored hands, taking at least 5 seconds. When the energy is charged he aim his hands at whoever is his enemy and blasts the energy at them causing medium damage. The width and height of the blasts are roughly 5 inches. The blasts range is can at least reach up to 40 feet. The blast can go up to the speed of at least 45 miles per hour. Over repeated use of the move will force Doom to have to recharge his mystical energy which will last to about 50 seconds.

Lightning Blots-(300) Doom can create green bolts of electricity from his armored hands. The bolts take at least 3 seconds to charge. The electric bolts width and height are about one inch. Aim the bolt of electricity at his enemies, they cause small amounts of damage and are shot out in short but fast bursts. This form of this move is strictly short ranged. The Bolts reach speeds up to 45 miles per hour. Over repeated use of the move will force Doom to have to wait for his mystical energy to recharge which will last for 40 seconds for this move.

Inferno-(300 OM) Doom can charge a large amount of mystical energy the covers his armored body. The mystical energy takes at least 20 seconds to charge before, The energy then explodes causing a firy inferno that surrounds him causing heavy damage any enemies around him. The inferno its self is about 10 feet in diameter. The inferno is strictly a medium ranged move and is a one time use in combat.

Instant Energy Shield (300) Doom can summon a purple energy shield that surrounds him like a bubble, that is roughly 10 inches apart from his body. The shiled is roughly 8 feet and inches from the ground. The width of the shield on each side is roughly 4 feet 8 inches.The shield takes him at least 2 seconds for him to spawn. The shield will last for a minute, unless it is broken before then. If Doom loses concentration or starts to move the shield will disappear.

Physical Description - It says originals only, but it's common courtesy to provide, at least, a picture of your character. People aren't going to want to google search stuff about your character when they write with you, they will just want to look in your profile.

Proficiencies - it's not Prophecy, it's proficiency. I got what you meant, just thought you would want to change that xD

Energy Blasts - How fast do these projectiles travel? Saying that the range varies is too vague, how far can these go? a two minute charge time, for a move that I'm guessing he will depend on semi regularly, seems a bit too unforgiving.

Lightning Bolts - How long does it take him to create these lightning bolts? How fast do they travel? What is his use limit? Again, saying that the range is 'short range' isn't specific enough, how far can these projectiles travel?

Inferno - What is the charge time?

Instant Energy Shield - Please describe this more. What it looks like, charge time, duration etc.

Energy Blasts - Why did you increase the charge time?

Lightning Bolts - 2 minute recharge time is rather long.

Instant Energy shield - "Prime with a higher level strength then Doom." That's not really how shields work. Primes with less STR will still be able to break it. For clarity's sake, how large is the shield bubble?

Alright fixed the lightning bolts and the shield. The energy blasts charge time was lowered the first time I fixed it, the moves original charge time I put was two minutes, it's now 5 seconds.

Instant Energy Shield - "The shield lasts for at least a minuet unless a Prime with a lower level strength then Doom can smash it apart" This should just say "The shield will last for a minute, unless it is broken before then."
