Question for People who know Naruto

I am just about finished with Nagato except his moves. Though I read the rules, I am still very unsure about how to give him his moves or even how to present them. They are Shinra Tensei/Bansho Ten'in, The Preta's path absorbing ability, and his Asura path. Would Shinra/Bansho need Homing? Is Preta considered a shield, or is the concept of it even allowed? Do I have to make Asura a transformation. I think you know where I'm getting at.

Moves work as such: go to Move Approval. Propose a move you want, using as much detail as you can. We'll either price it for you, based on how versatile it is, or reject the move and explain giants make the move acceptable.

If you need help finding the right words to accurately describe the moves and their effects then your best bet would be to look them up on a Naruto Wiki. Then follow Ganondorf's advice.
