A question relating to "A.N.N.A" and the Dataverse

Considering the fact that "A.N.N.A" is a microchip, dirrectly conectected to Desmans systems, and th systems are conected directly to his Detaverse device, would A.N.N.A herself be able to post in the dataverse?
