Black Goku, Evil Kakarot, Failed Fusion

I altered the earring to look like Vegito's instead of the green one. 

Backstory

Goku was a hero.

 Was.

 It was an act of desperation to permanently fuse with Vegeta using the Potara Earrings. Age 774 was going to be one for the record books. If Vegito could defeat Majin Buu and save everyone, the fusion would be permanent and both Goku and Vegeta’s families would have had to adjust. It was a stroke of luck that Buu’s internal structure split the two heroes apart. Whatever happened next is ancient history at this point. Something happened when the fusion failed and the Potara Earrings released its hold on both warriors. Goku had become a sinister, blood thirsty, and truly evil person. All of the potential energy from the fusion had injected itself into the once good hearted Saiyan.  As if preordained by fate itself the new version of our hero proclaimed himself Thanatos and with his newfound strength instantly obliterated Vegeta and Majin Buu in one blast, reversing the effect of being consumed. Everyone who had been eaten were immediately killed. Thanatos began his immediate conquest of Earth, fighting and killing each of the remaining defenders until no one was left to stop him. It was at this point when Omni became interested in such a powerful being and drew him into the Omniverse. Perhaps to save that Universe from Goku Black’s, as the populace came to call him, immense destructive power? One can only speculate. 

Summary: 

I’ve discussed this with Omni. He’s fine with it. I’m just going through the motion. For the record, I’ll explain what I’m doing.

Goku Black is from Dragonball Super. However, he is evil. I’m completely rewriting Dragonball Z with this instead. 

My Goku Black is the result of a catastrophic failure of the Potara fusion between Goku and Vegeta when they enter Super Buu’s stomach to rescue everyone he’d eaten. Instead of just being separated Goku was viciously changed into a personification of a Chaotic Evil demigod, absorbing all the potential power the earrings could have granted Vegito. Thus, he permanently wears one of the Vegito’s earrings on his left ear.

Temporal Bubble: 

Whatever happened when the Vegito fusion failed is unknown. However, it is known that Thanatos can manipulate temporal space for single seconds at a time. This ability is purely physical and close quarters, involving the use of Foresight to properly work. He has tried to do such a thing at distance, but has found that is simply impossible. During a hand to hand encounter, Thanatos, at the expense of a pretty heft amount of stamina can freeze an opponents’ body part in time to provide an opening to strike. The ability is completely untraceable if done correctly. The victim will simply believe that they left themselves open to assault, when it was Thanatos who, using his ability to see seconds into the future, froze time and created it. It’s extremely taxing if used back to back.

Just so staff know, I figure this character takes the place of any other "evil Goku". So Turles, Goku Black, etc.

"Close quarters" is a little vague, could we get a rough distance? Within five feet of Than? Ten feet?

I'm a bit iffy on the "completely untraceable" bit mainly cause of the logic. If my arm was frozen for a second, while I can see myself potentially not noticing it or putting it past myself, a skilled fighter would notice it, especially if done repeatedly. Obviously Insight would see right past it, so I'm discluding that, but I think it would be more fair to say that "The ability is difficult to trace if done correctly, especially on characters with low TEC.". We should also say that "The effect will be gradually lessened on characters with higher TEC than Thanatos, to the point where it is completely useless on characters with quadruple his TEC." because I'm of the belief that all attacks should scale to stats - Diablo ain't gettin' frozen for nobody. It's pretty lenient though, because 1 second isn't much to begin with and it's appropriately downsided, so that limitation isn't going to affect many people besides your Diablos and your Emperor Palpatines.
