Character name: Veritas “Cyberlord” Solaris

Character history:
Engineered in a lab, Veritas was a genetically engineered human made to serve as a living weapon by a rebel against a woman who apparently had somehow merged multiple dimensions, and then collapsed the rest of the multiverse. Bio-technology was implanted into his body to give him the equivalent of supernatural powers. The implants and a process of improving his intellectual capabilities were used, so as to make him smarter. Upon completion of the project, he was deployed. But he went rogue, and has come back as a villain of sorts now. Once defeated and humiliated by an individual who was very powerful physically, Veritas was locked up. Eventually he successfully escaped however.
Once he had escaped, Veritas realized something. When you fight people with superpowers, what you need is fire power that can match up with them. The next year was spent by him developing various high tech gadgets, and weapons systems. Unfortunately none of them were ever going to see any use, because an explosion in the lab took his life. Awakening in the Omniverse, he’s determined to start fresh and make himself a proper villain. Unfortunately he’s been stripped of his bionics, but views that as a minor impediment.
Physical Description:
Veritas is not the most imposing individual a person could encounter. In fact, his body looks a bit on the side of scrawny, to the point where it is laughable. His eyes are different in that one of them is colored green, while the other is colored purple. Typically speaking he wears black and green body-suit, that is actually made out of nanocircuitry.
A leather jacket, and steel toed boots are worn by him most of the time. His hair is black, with a green streak through it. On his right arm appears to be some sort of high tech apparatus that he’s almost always wearing. His height is about 5”3, and his weight is about 170 lbs. To say he is underweight is an understatement, because he is severely underweight. Veritas also looks like somewhat of a nerd, his pale white skin normally covered with a black and green bodysuit, as mentioned earlier. A set of goggles are worn by him that hold his hair up. His body appears to be about Twenty Two years of age.

A small metallic arm-computer like device that stores his weapons in Hammerspace until such time as he should need them. This is worn by him. To summon a weapon, he simply says. “Summon, and either Plasma Rifle, or Plasma Sword.”
Weapons Module - Plasma Rifle (300, Ranged Proficiency.)

A hard-hitting rifle which fires a condensed ball of energy about the size of a golf ball. The bolt explodes on impact, with a burst too small to function as an area-of-effect weapon but significantly increases the damage to targets hit. The weapon is ammo/battery efficient, however the energy compression process adds a cycle time between shots. In addition to the slight delay between potential attacks, it also means the user must be more careful with their shots or they risk missing a lot of opportunities to damage opponents. The plasma balls can only last around 2 blocks before they lose coherence and detonate, making that the maximum range of the weapon. This weapon was built by Veritas for his own personal use.
Weapons Module- Plasma Katana (Physical Prof, 300.)

A katana with an atypical element. Where a more traditional weapon of this type would have a sharp edge running the length of one side of the blade, this one has a series of emitters. When activated, the emitters vent a highly volatile plasma, which is far too short lived to function as any sort of ranged attack but can do serious damage to anything which would come into contact with the blade. The blade is not meant to be used defensively, but it has been slightly reinforced that it might survive contact with an opponent’s blade. This sword, like his rifle is materialized out of the Omni-Band on his arm, when he needs it.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. Yes, given this character is taking the place of Adrien Agreste, who I submitted 6 weeks or so ago I have read the rules.
