Is it possible to buy items for other primes, such as communicators and stuff of that nature? For instance, m current idea is to buy two communicators, one for myself, and then give the other to Reuben IC. So really my questions are is that allowed, and how would we go about doing that exactly? Thank you.

While I'm not staff I'd imagine it'd be fine, but it would go on your log and he couldn't sell it for profit. Only you would be able to sell it back.
