Since I'm switching, I'm consider keeping Luger to finish off the accumulation plot. Is this ok?

No, I dont believe it is, since Luger is a Canon character. If she were an OC then it would be fine, but I believe seotching would.mean giving her up. Anyone can point out if im wrong but yeah. sorry, but no-go.

Dave is correct. The only other way it could happen is if Luger were to be a Site NPC, which would make her not actually tied to your character and free to use by anyone. And you'd need a pretty good reason for her to be a Site NPC, beyond simply the fact that you don't want to lose her.
