Character source: Undertale Specifically the Youtube videos Megalomaniac, determination and your best friend.

Character history: Chara is the first human to fall down into the underground She had died sometime before the events of Undertale, Then after Frisk fell down her determination revived her to a ghostly state but as Frisk and sans used more timelines she became more real before she could come back to the real world. She was pulled right after flowey had got all seven souls and became asrial dreamer so she has the seven souls determination.

Starting Moves: The Real Knife (600 OM) Chara can use her knife (about the size of a 8 inch chef knife) to stab normally. but when she finds herself in trouble she can turn her knife red and create red slashes. like in undertale when you fight, one foot wide 5 foot high slashes that move at a speed of 15 MPH but a speedy person could dodge it, as the beams cant turn in any direction once they are made or go farther that 20 feet or they dissipate or they hit something (also the charge up time is about 10 to 15 seconds to create a good number of them but they require most of her concentration and drain her of energy if she makes them over and over)[/b]  The Barrage of slashes can not be used if she is "Glitching" from one place to another.

Glitching (300 OM) Chara can "glitch" to places she sees in her vicinity. But she could "glitch" in a room like the DT room with ease. (it takes a few seconds to use and if someone was quicker then they could get Chara)(this can be used to attack people or run away) (to go the 20 meters would take about 15 to 30 seconds)it takes some strain and concentration to use this.(it takes more strain if they were to be attacked by at least one person. (plus she can not dodge a super move with this move)(she can also dodge other moves with this move but if the tec or speed is equal or higher she will be hit plus it has more strain if she dodges a attack or uses it in a row)

History: Please write up something for this. I get the jist of the videos, but just sum the idea up in a few lines and mention when Chara was taken by Omni. Videos are nice to put in your Roster Page, but we’d prefer some verbage here.

The Real Knife:

• Not to be pedantic, but when you say kitchen knife, do you mean like a standard 8-inch Chef Knife? Just clarifying because some people might consider a meat cleaver or a steak knife to be kitchen knives.
  
• What is the charge time for a single slash?
  
• How fatiguing is it to summon a single slash?
  
• When you say to charge up a bunch, do you mean you can summon a single projectile or a barrage of projectiles separately? If so, you’ll need to add another 300 to the cost since that’s a separate use.
  
• Does the barrage of slashes require a lot of concentration?
  
• Is the barrage fatiguing?
  
• Can this be used with other moves?
  
• Can the slashes be fired while Chara is moving?
  

Glitching: Do you plan to use this to avoid full-blown Moves? If not, this just seems like your description of the Teleportation power and wouldn’t need a move of its own. Also, I know you mention glitching onto a tall building but the distance you can go would be limited by your rank in Teleportation. So you can’t go more than 20 meters currently. The amount of time it takes would also depend on how far you're going and your speed stat. If you're just warping like within a regular-sized room, a second or two like you said sounds fair with 4 SPD. If you're warping the full 20 meters it would take somewhat longer.

History: so Chara is basically an alter ego of Frisk that gained freedom when they used up too many timelines? If so I'd explicitly state that since it's not immediately obvious if you haven't played Undertale. And when exactly was Chara pulled to the Omniverse? At the end of the fight with Flowey and Sans? Gotta be exact with this part.

The Real Knife: These changes look good.

Glitching: If you are planning to use this to evade a Move, you should put that into the description. Dodging Moves would also be more draining than regular movement or dodging a punch. And in case it isn't obvious you wouldn't be able to avoid Super Moves unless you got an equal-tier Super Move form of Glitching.

And I just noticed that adding in the extra use of Real Knife actually puts you over (5300) for your available OM (5000). You'll have to cut something out for now.

So, do you plan to use Glitching to avoid moves? If so, explicitly state it in Glitching's description (like: 'this can be used to dodge certain moves, though this is more fatiguing'). If you're not using it to avoid a move, you don't need to pay for glitching. It would just be the teleportation power.
