Just wait 3 OOC days and respawn. You likely won't be able to hop on the same thread - it takes 3 days both OOC and IC to respawn, so by then the thread will likely be long over - but at the very least you can just start a new thread.

I'm sorry, but when your character dies, their 'spirit' does not go to the Astral realm. They Exist within Limbo, they may experience dreams which can be posted in the astral realm, but they are not physically in the astral realm and cannot interact with anything there.
