How to make minor NPC?

OK, while you are reading my Whirlpool NPC text, I also want to send in some minor NPCs in the Tangled Green, such as the Giant Ants from the Smash Up game. Do I need to send in a character sheet?

As long as they're secondaries, I think you're good to go.

Yeah, you wouldn't need a character sheet for something like that as long as they're secondaries (like Thaal said). If you're planning on having one tag along for multiple stories you might consider typing one up (so that people writing with you have some kind of reference) but there's nothing making you do so.
