Clarification on vehicles?

What are the restrictions on vehicle summoning in the Nexus? Harry's first instinct for summoning would be to make the Blue Beetle, his beat-up VW Bug from back home. I know he couldn't take it through any gates, or even summon it in Camelot, but I want to know if he'd fail at making it in the Nexus as well.

In the Nexus remember that only smaller vehicles like motorbikes, or horses will pass through the gates. Anything else must be desummoned.

I don't want to make a new thread for this, so I'll ask here. Back where Harry's from, technology hates his wizard powers and tends to short out after exposure to him, even when he isn't using magic. I know other people's tech wouldn't be vulnerable to this without a specialized move for it, but would it be possible for technology like vehicles that Harry himself summons to break down like that, because he's thinking about it happening eventually when he summons them?
