[Mega Man]

Somewhere on a barren plateau walked a lone figure clad in blue. He had been walking for days in the desert looking for a familiar place. He stopped and saw in the distance his location, a shattered tower half crumbled with a huge skull insignia. As if remembering something the figure shuddered but kept walking. It had a reason for being here. 30 minutes later it stood at the tower's gates still remembering the events that happened here. It raised its arm and pressed a button, seemingly hidden, on its side. 3 seconds later a red beam of light fell from the sky and materialized into the shape of a dog.

"C'mon Rush he might be in here."
The 2 partners walked in to the remains of the building. Rush noses flashed and shot a beam of light that illuminated the dark passageway. As they ventured deeper into the building the figure thought back to the last time he saw the person he was looking for.

"Rock, come help me decorate the living room before the guests come! Our Christmas party starts in 30 minutes!", Roll yelled. In the front yard Rock stopped stringing the Christmas lights and looked down from the roof at Quake Woman with pleading eyes. "Fine, you can go before Roll kills you. Besides it wont take long for me to finish anyway.", Quake Woman cheerily replied. Rock immediately dashed into the house and found Roll in the party room already ordering around Guts Man and Cut Man. Roll suddenly turns around and gives Rock a glare. "Stop standing there like a dolt and start moving these decorations! ", Roll yelled, despite being only a few feet from Rock. Rock looked past Roll to see Cut Man mouthing 'Run while you can!'. Sighing, Rock picked up a statue of one of Santa 's elves holding a bowl which was filled with all sorts of holiday themed candy and moved it near the entrance. After placing down the elf he went back to move more stuff when he heard an all too familiar whistle. Rock immediately dashed to the nearest window, Cut Man and Guts Man and Guts Man in tow. Roll dropped her checklist and ran to the door, opening it and looking out side. "It's Blues!", she exclaimed loudly. Immediately Dr. Light and Dr. Lalinde rushed to the door to get a look for themselves. "Hey guys! I thought I'd come over and help ya set up for Christmas." Blues said, standing in the doorway before he was assaulted by hugs, handshakes and tears.

(Wily Tower, Unknown Location in Arizona Desert)

Mega Man stopped reminiscing when Rush barked. They were standing over a pit filled with debris. He remembered this place. It was where Buster Rod G., mad with revenge, destroyed a part of the tower hoping to bury Mega Man alive. Jumping from block to block one of his shots pushed Buster off a block and the poor robot fell into his own trap. Mega Man wondered if he was still down there. Perhaps he could be reprogrammed and get a real job. Possibly join Commando Man in the military, or be a security guard somewhere. Curiosity over took Mega Man and he decided to investigate. "Rush used your jet form" Mega Man ordered his partner. Rush barked in response and transformed into a hover board. Mega Man jumped on Rush's back and flew down into the pit. 'I should be looking to see if Proto Man used this place as a shelter at one time or another, not looking for an insane robot' Yet still Mega Man landed and stepped down. Almost as soon as he did a hand grabbed his foot. Before he could turn around a rod struck in one of the few weak points in his armor: right in the center of his back. "Ooh, looks who come back to this dump. Bet you forgot about the monkey who has a bone to pick with you, huh?" Mega man spasming in pain couldn't turn around to see his assaulter but already knew who it was. 'Buster Rod g. was here the entire time waiting for me to come back.' Mega Man thought as the pain intensified. Suddenly the rod retracted and the pain stopped. A robot jumped out of the debris and got into a battle stance. "Lets see how you do now "Blue Bomber" Ha Ha". The monkey's mocking voice echoed throughout the chamber. Mega Man tried to get up but his legs wouldn't respond. A quick system diagnostics told him Buster had hit the robot equivalent of a nerve Paralyzing his legs. Buster saw that Mega Man was disabled and immediately took the opportunity to attack string Mega Man again and again with his rod. "How does this feel you pimp. This is how I felt buried by part of tower. See why I'm so mad!" the robot said in anger. "Better make sure I smash this before I finish you off." the monkey said while striking the tele porter chip in his helmet. 'Now I cant go warp to Dr. Light to repair myself!' Mega man thought in fear. Suddenly a bark was heard. Rush jumped and opened his jaws only to get a mouthful of Buster Rod. "Now where was I? Oh yes." The monkey said while turning back to his victim.
System damage critical. Engaging warp sequence. Warp sequence failed. No emergency E-Tanks detected. Warning unit is in danger of destruction. Sending a help signal now..... Helps signal sent
" Oh there wont be any help for you in time Mega Man. DIE!!"
Suddenly Mega Man felt more pain than he ever had before his visor started giving his static and his body went numb. Then everything went black. Utterly black.

Rock awoke with a jolt. Looking around he realized there was nothing but a dark empty abyss. He activated his Mega Armor and started walking around. Until he realized that although he was walking he wasn't moving. 'Where am I?' He pondered. He tried checking his Recent Actions Bank but everything appeared to be unreadable. 'Fuzzy Memories? That only happens to humans. Not robots.' And then he saw it. A white humanoid figure walking toward him. His optic sensors picked it but to his Lifeform Scanner it was invisible. Deducing it must be a robot or an illusion he tried activating his Mega Buster but none of his hands would morph. "Who are you? What is this place? What have you done to me?", Mega Man yelled at the figure. The figure stopped, then quite suddenly, as if he was there all along stood right in front of the boy robot.

“My name is Omni. This is not the world you know. This is the Omniverse. You interest me, so I have made you part of it. The Omniverse is a place that reflects the wishes of those who are part of it. But! There are rules. I will explain them only once, so listen carefully.”

" You mean this is another world entirely?" Mega Man asked. " And where I come from people, cant just take people from their lives and cast them into other worlds!", he remarked this time angrily.
The being as if ignorant of his questions simply took out a shimmering orb, seemingly from nowhere, handed it to Mega Man and continued to speak.

“This is Omnilium. It’s what ties the Omniverse together. Without it, you are nothing. With it, anything you desire can be yours. But you will need more than this. If you desire it enough, you will find it. You will find that using it comes naturally. Just think of what you desire most.

His scanners began to analyze the element in his hand but it was unknown to all his databases.

“You will not be alone in the Omniverse. There are others. Of course, they, too desire Omnilium. Do not fear death. For as long as you interest me, you will be reborn."

Suddenly things fell together in Mega Man's thought processors 'Proto Man disappeared without a trace. What if?' He looked up at the figure and immediately asked " Is Blues here?".
Again he was ignored, as the figure resumed speaking.

“That’s all you need to know right now. You’ll figure out the rest soon enough. I’ll be watching … and waiting.”

'What? Wait where are you going? I have questions that need answers! Don't go!"
The figure disappeared and then so did everything else.

Mega Man'sPOV

I woke up on a patch of grass and looked up. In front of me was a spring in the ground spurting water. It went up high in a pillar and back down showering the area in droplets of water. I got up and looked around and was shocked at what I saw. A whole world of white was portrayed by my optical sensors. I ran a diagnostics test just to make sure something wasn't wrong with my sensors,. When nothing came back up I realized this world had no color. I looked around and found nobody in sight. Enhancing my vision allowed me to see 2 gates opposite each other, about a 2 hours walk away. At one I saw 2 soldiers in white holding advanced looking rifles. My scanners detected the rifles as a hazard for having super strong laser mechanisms in them. Stuff like that can pierce my armor, walking up to them looking like a battle robot probably wouldn't be a good idea. I changed out of my armor and walked toward the gate with the soldiers hoping I could get some help and information.

Midway through my walk I realized I was defenseless and if I did get into a skirmish with the soldiers I should be prepared. I remembered something Omni told me about Omnilium. Maybe if it could summon anything I could summon a new Mega Buster possibly Rush. I remembered something about how "if I needed it, it would come". I thought about some of the substance in my hand. It suddenly came out of my body and fell onto my open palm. I held the substance up to my eyes. It sparkled all the colors of the rainbow and in it I could see flickering reflections of shapes. Then I saw it- a familiar oval shape. Then I saw it a small round object in flickering in the mass. So apparently this object had images of things familiar to you. I sat down and imagined the mega Buster in every detail using my databanks. Four minutes later I felt something wrap around my arm. Opening my eyes I saw my Mega Buster in perfect condition on my hand. Testing it out I raised my hand and fired it at a conveniently located rock. It fired 3 shots forward each hitting the rock and doing minor damage. Made it disappear just like the rest of my armor usually does and resummoned it, this time fully armored. I looked down and everything was their. "Now for the Mega Ball!", I exclaimed. Again I sat down and made some more Omnilium. Then I loaded the details of the Mega Ball chip and the Mega Ball itself and began concentrating. 4 minutes later I heard a plink. I opened my eyes and looked in my hand there was a small chip. I clenched my fist and my copy chip started copying the data. When I was done I changed my weapon roulette. I changed color right after, my gloves and helmet becoming pink and my torso and legs turning an even lighter shade of blue. To test my new weapon I summoned a ball and kicked at the same rock . It exploded on contact smashing the rock. Now that I have protection I can continue on my walk. I desummoned everything and then remembered if there was one thing I needed to summon still was a Minicom. This small chip installed in my helmet allowed me to communicate over radio waves and internet signals. I could also use it as a way to access the internet as my helmet gave off a Wi-Fi signal. Without I wouldn't be able to communicate with Dr. Light and Roll on my adventures. I made some more Omnilium and concentrated again. 4 minutes later I hear a plink as it fell in my hand. I summoned my helmet and opened the circular portion on the side. Just as I thought my Minicom chip was missing. I slid the new one in and desummoned my helmet. "Now to get back to my journey", I said to myself.

I approached the gate and immediately the 2 soldiers at guard walked up to me. I held up my hands to show I wasn't a threat. My life scanners displayed them as human, but for some reason my coding never prevented me from activating my weapons system as usual. 'That's odd' I thought. The soldiers stopped and what spoke up from behind his helmet. "Oh, were not here to hurt you. just inviting you to join our glorious empire." As if they rehearsed this the other one chimed it right at the right time and said " That's right no need to go to those primitive Camelot folks everything a new prime like you could ever want is right here." Their poor charade fooled no one. I summoned my armor and replied " So what's really going on here!.", I said pointing to the one who first started talking. " Oh nothing really everything we say is the truth!". Before I could ask him again. The other one chimed in, " It helps that your a droid. Those Camelot ruffians would no nothing about how to take care of a delicate piece of machinery as yourself. Searching up Camelot in my databases brought up an old tale about knights in the medieval era. If it was real in this world then the soldiers had a very valid point. If I got damaged there would be no one to help me. I turned and replied " Well how do I get to this super happy place for a robot like me in your empire? " Ignoring the sarcasm in my tone the soldiers simply pointed to the gate behind them. In it was a portal that showed an image of an advanced city. There were signs of advanced technology everywhere. It looked like the city I live near back home. That nailed me in the coffin and I stepped toward the gate the soldiers urging me on. I stepped though and heard a voice behind me saying " Welcome to Coruscant!" and then I felt like I was falling....
