Character name: Chrystal Scream

Character history: Chrystal comes from a post apocalyptic earth. The country she is from is divided into 3 sectors, the second one a ring of land around the first one, and the third one basically the rest of the earth. The 1st sector is extremely high tech, with guns, mechanical vehicles, high powered computers, and the like. The second sector is restricted to medieval technology, both to make them easier to control, and because of the fact that magic is much more abundant in places that aren't technologically advanced. The third sector is incredibly large, and filled with all sorts of mutated animals and monsters. Much more rare are magical creatures, such as animals made of the four main elements, animals that can control these elements, and other creatures with various powers. It is rumored that elves and dwarves can be found in the far reaches of this sector. A couple of bandit groups and rebels have also made bases throughout the sector although this is difficult due to the number of monsters out there.
Chrystal was born in the second sector, although it is unknown who her parents were as one or both of them left her for dead in a back alley. Her cries brought her to the attention of a young boy who was passing by, a member of a gang of orphans that stole to survive, as well as passed information to a couple of the rebel groups in the third sector. The boy felt compelled to take care of her as he was unable to just leave a baby to die. He didn't want that on his conscience. She grew up among the gang, fighting and stealing a part of everyday life. It wasn't enough for her though. She wanted more action, more bloodshed. As soon as she was old enough (12 years old) she left for one of the rebel bases in the third sector, fighting a good deal of monsters on the way. She joined the group quite easily, on account of her inhuman speed. They ran raids against the government almost weekly, and every day they fought of the hordes of monsters that would close in on the base. It was amazing, the most action packed time Chrystal had had in her life. The more she fought, the stronger she grew, surpassing most of the rebels and becoming one of the leaders, at only 16 years old.
It was a little bit too good to be true, and the Government counterattacked. The rebels survived, but the base was badly damaged and many of their strongest fighters were killed or seriously injured. That night a horde of monsters, much larger and stronger than normal, attacked, easily destroying the rest of the survivors, leaving Chrystal, one of the strongest, with a large gash in her side and falling unconscious. It was then that she found herself in a strange black void, unable to speak, a grinning silhouette explaining about a strange world.

Chrystal is five feet and seven inches tall, weighing only 120 pounds. Her hair is long and a greenish white color, and her eyes are a light blue. Her clothing consists of a royal blue cloak/dress with intricate golden designs on the bottom edge. The collar is flared out a bit and is outlined in golden colored cloth as well. On both of her lower arms she has a pair of thick armbands which are a slightly darker blue and go up the backs of her hands where they are anchored by a set of rings. The part on the backs of her hands are black and gold and are intricately woven together. Underneath the cloak/dress she wears a blue and white shirt which is secured around her neck by a blue stone and a burgundy colored ribbon.

A pair average size short swords, made for quick slashes and stabs with little power behind them. They makes up for their lack of power with their sheer speed though. The blade of each sword is two feet long, and the hilts are eight inches long, designed for a one handed grip. The cross guard of the blade is gold colored, with vine-like designs all over, while the blade of the swords are a plain silver color.
