Assists question
#1
Ok so just so I get the summons right, can I add a Lythian to this Move withut issue? Or do I have to pay OM to add one?

I know the stats are divided among them all and all that.  But  if its all a single Summon, doI need to  request  another NOC to  be in it, pay OM for it and so on?  I think.... Im fine to add  any Lythian  but just need  to let you guys know though?

Quote:Mark of Lythia: Using the Mark of Lythia upon his arm, Retane summons forth a dark shadowy mist. From this mist he is able to call forth sentiant being of Lythia to his aid. The more he summons the weaker they are. At the time being a single blow to the Lythians can turn them back into the shadowy mist. (This is for more Rp Fodder and such). Retane can resummon after a bit of concentration. But consecutively doing so can be draining.
Currently Retane is only able to summon Arith.
ATK: 1
DEF: 1
SPD: 1
TEC: 2

Arith: A Lythian warrior clad in golden armor, with a dragon helm who wields two sabers. Arith is quick and cunning with a peculiar personality.

If i'm understanding you right you want to add another warrior but you keep the price and the stats? If yes then that is fine but you need to resubmit your move through the standard process with the addition of another Lythian warrior without any extra costs.

If you want to have 2 options of Lythian warriors you would need to buy another Assist in order to choose between them.

The more he summons the weaker they are.

Meaning it should be in the same summons... Theres a few Typos in the thing.... But once I introduce Inrtias.... and Ashlon.... Selm/... Grom... Raze.... I Need to know...

Don't mean to contradict Luffy but you can have "multiple entities" count for a single tier assist, however like you said they all will be weaker. Once you have met your IC "requirements" to have more than one person be in the assist just have us reapprove the move. The only thing is that you would have to summon ALL the people you put in the description, you couldn't choose and pick.

I was under the impression that I could pick and choose which of the entities were summoned. It would be kind of foolish for me to get later down the line and have Ashlon, Inrtias, Grom, Kumia, Selm, Raze, (Can't remember the twin sisters), ect...(Yeah Theres an actual list of like 20+ floating around somewhere) One started with a V, another started E, and another started with R) BSorry getting off track, but it would be stupid for me to summon all of them all the time, when some of them are situational, or will be.

It would actually be a hinderance for me to do so and for others, because people would have to keep up with all of them and all their personalities.

"However, a single Assist may consist of multiple entities. In this case, they still use a single stat sheet, which represents their combined power. "

Is the point we're discussing how variable this can be? I'm not 100% sure this is something that Omni had in mind, so we may want to wait on his say with how 'varying horde' works under Assists. Personally I wouldn't imagine it matters, as long as it's the same stats/power being equally divided in however many summons you use. As long as it wouldn't be abused to try and make it seem like they're stronger or something.

I dunno if it's necessary that all of his sub-versions of the Assist be approved as long as they are all about the same type of thing (humanoids), as technically Shang's Assist is a different being every single time.

I have no problem getting the additional characters approved and all... Because I know I have to word them correctly

For the purpose of using this in a PvP situation, I'm going to say that you'd have to specify the exact # of entities that are sharing the Assist power and that you couldn't change that mid-post or without unsummoning and resummoning. As was implied in the thread, all entities will share the stats, so five or six will be that much weaker than just one individual.

Outside of combat/situations where we need to track SP, you're fine to do this as you please.
