I swear I saw one  but is there a list of judges? Or those trying to be judges?

Judges as in the people that read normal threads and nominate them, or Judges as in the people interested in and willing to grade fights?

Usually you just ask if anyone would be willing to judge your fight, and often a mod will volunteer, but you can request any judge that you want. It is up to them.

I'm usually down to grade and judge fights as well, seeing as I've done it a few times in the past, the most notable being the Darkshire Invasion event.
