Pain.
The last thing he remembered was a searing heat through his chest. He’d been running from the Stormtroopers in Coruscant after escaping interrogation. Something didn’t sit right with the Hero of Time. They were after Sawada, for whatever reason, and he’d rather face death than sell a friend out. Whatever they wanted, it was something sinister, so he ran. As far and as fast as he could. But, apparently, escaping had earned Link a bounty. He rounded a corner on the fourth tier of Coruscant and was met with a blaster bolt to the chest. And then nothing, for what seemed like the longest time, just darkness.
Until there wasn’t. The darkness was replaced by the complete opposite. Blinding white light as he opened his eyes, accompanied by the gentle lull of water, behind him. Strangely familiar, yet far from comforting. The Hylian squinted, trying desperately to focus on something, anything really. Salvation came in the form of his little blue companion, fluttering around his peripheries, squeaking all manner of greetings and questions. He ignored it, for the time being, as he pushed himself shakily to his feet with the fountain edge for support.
With a groan, Link pushed himself away from the fountain and made his way towards a gate in the distance.
“Wait.. Link, we’re not going back there.. Right?” Navi practically whimpered as she fluttered quickly to catch up.
“Not yet..” Link spoke, headed in the opposite direction to Coruscant.
