OM refund request

Okay, I'm asking just in case. I doubt this would be okay, but I thought i'd make sure.

So I bought a powers cap thinking I had plenty of time before the forces update came out, but the end of DA snuck up on me out of nowhere. And now I barely have any OM to outfit Ambrosia.

I was wondering, considering I bought that under a missunderstanding, considering I need the om because of a rule that's only coming into law, and considering I haven't even used the cap and probably wouldn't be making use of it for months anyways, I was wondering if I could get a full refund on that...

If not, I could understand. I don't want special favors, I just thought I ask due to the circumstances. I can find some other way if I have to.
