Character Name: Toshinori "All Might" Yagi
Character Source: My Hero Academia
Character History: In a world where four out of five people obtain super powers by the time they're four, Yagi was one of those unlucky few without a "Quirk" to call his own. However, he attracted the attention of Nana Shimura, a superhero using a power called "One For All". One For All was an ability that constantly stored power, allowing the user to increase their strength, speed, and durability to superhuman levels. However, what made it unique was that it could be passed from one person to the next, carrying with it all the power that had been stored by the previous users.
Nana recognized Yagi as her successor, and began training him in use of One For All, passing on the ability to him and making him the eighth user. Nana died soon after passing on her power, and Yagi took her legacy as a smiling hero, and became known as the hero: All Might.
His enormous strength and heroic spirit quickly made him the number 1 hero in Japan, and he came into conflict with the villain known as All For One, the antithesis of his own strength. In their battle, Yagi managed to stop All For One from conquering Japan, but he himself was brutally injured in the process. Due to his injury, and the surgeries that followed, Yagi lost access to his full power, weakening drastically, and only able to access the power at all for a few hours each day. Recognizing his own need to find a successor, he passed on his ability to a child named Izuku, who like him, had the soul of a hero, but was born without a power to call his own.
Izuku passes the entrance exam for U.A., the same superheroics school that All Might went to when he was younger, and begins training the use of One For All. The first semester comes and goes, and over the break, Izuku and the rest of his class attend a field trip to a boot camp to further train their own powers. Unfortunately, a student, his protege's rival, is kidnapped from the event- the kidnapper? Minions of All For One, who intends to make a last stand.
All Might joined forces with the other top heroes of Japan, and attacks All For One's base, intent on rescuing the child from his oldest nemesis. The two fight, and All For One has pulled out all the stops, using the last of his strength to try and defeat All Might, All Might doing the same. In the end, he is just barely victorious, but as he feels the last embers of the power he had gifted Izuku fade from his body, he finds himself no longer in Japan, instead, facing Omni.
Physical Description: All Might is an extremely tall and muscular man with blonde hair and a square jaw. His hair sticks up prominently in two spikes, appearing as a V above his head. He wears a red white and blue costume, taking inspiration from American heroes of the Silver Age. He has turquoise eyes with black sclera. When in public, he almost never stops smiling.

All Might punches forward with enough speed and force that the impact creates an explosive shockwave. When punching an object, such as the ground, or a wall, cracks will first radiate from his punch, and then explode outwards, destroying about everything within five feet of the impact point, most intensely directly in front of his fist, and the force dissipating as it gets further away. When simply punching liquid, there will be a huge dip in the water at the point of impact, and two seconds later the water will rush back with explosive force to refill the hole. When punching air, the shockwave takes the form of a massive rush of air-pressure, blowing away anything that weighs less than two hundred pounds for five feet around his fist.
The air-pressure wave takes on the general form of an egg-shape, extending five feet from his fist, with the narrowest point coming from his fist and getting wider as the shockwave continues.
The actual destructive effect is less than that of a bomb, but significantly more than a regular punch.
Pulling his fist back takes about a second, but the punch itself is augmented with super speed, his fist shooting forwards in an instant. However, it takes about three seconds for the shockwave to reach its full size and another two seconds for the destructive power to dissipate. Doing the punch leaves a strain on his arm, and so he will need about a minute of rest for each arm before he attempts it again.
Using both arms at once has about the same affect as using just one arm, except there will be two points of highest destructive power rather than just one.
The punch is somewhat exhausting to use multiple times in a row, and he will need an hour recovery time after using DETROIT SMASH five times in close succession.
In order to use the move to its full effect, he must concentrate briefly, and be standing still. If he's attempting a DETROIT SMASH, but he is distracted or moved suddenly, he will simply do a regular punch, having lost concentration.
He is able to do two DETROIT SMASHes at once, but he is unable to use any other type of move, due to the focus on the precise way he's using his powers.

Red electric light crackles across All Might's body as he calls on the well of power granted for him by One For All, grabbing and utilizing more strength than his body can normally handle.
