Too Similar

Before I use this for a character later in the month, I want to know if the one in the red helmet is too similar to anyone's character. If it is, I will keep looking for a costume for the character I intend on making. It's the one to the far right. The art work is not mine, but that of Phil Cho.

Red Hood?
Yeah we had a Red Hood, but he went inactive so i guess it's your decision.

Wasn't even using it for Red Hood, to be honest. Nevermind though. Paid the artist to do a commission for me. So I'll have my own costume for Matt when I switch over to him, and drop Veritas this month.
