Desco Wrote:Can you get summons for other players?Don't understand the question. Quote:What if your summon was banished? This would be a purely storyline thing. You can't banish another player's summon. Summons generally can't be banished unless that summon happens to be a Prime in their own right that you are using as a summon to 'come into the fight' temporarily. Which I don't recommend because, obviously, it's hard to have it make sense in the world. Most summons are temporarily summoned from the user's power, or secondaries powered up using the user's power (see Summons for details).
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!

Can say Desco Get Summon Dark Link if he was willing?

Still not really sure what you mean by that, mechanically, what you want to do. But probably a no. If it's not in the system, it's not a thing. If you want to come up with some new idea, you have to explain exactly what you want to do. Teleport Dark Link to yourself? No. That's not what summons are for. Otherwise I'm not sure what you're asking.

Summons can summon primes. What if I want to summon Dark Link or another prime controlled by a player without any changes to the summoning system?

No.

Wouldn't primes notice this eventually? It could turn into a plot point, the 'unsummonables' getting segregated.

Summoning is a mechanic, not a way to teleport people to you.
How you handle the IC logistics is up to you. I probably wouldn't allow Primes as summons unless the player had a good way to make it work and wouldn't abuse it, which, considering this back-and-forth, seems increasingly far-fetched.

Remind Desco to stop thinking of questions after 24 hours of no sleep and 2 energy drinks. No real easy way around a basic misunderstanding
