You mean this part, no? "[...] on anyone you can see or sense with Enhanced Senses."
It means "Anyone you can see (with your eyes) or sense using your Enhanced senses." Not "Anyone you can see with your enhanced senses, or sense with them." ES is not a prerequisite, but if you have it it would make Insight more powerful because you might sense someone without directly seeing them

Am I correct in assuming that having Enhanced Senses makes the process for Insight near flawless, because they're working in tandem? While if you don't have Enhanced Senses, it might take a couple seconds to comprehend the things you're seeing.

All that Enhanced Senses does is give you a radius within which you can sense people even if you can't directly see them. So basically you could Insight someone who's standing behind you or hiding behind an obstacle, whereas without ES you would need to be looking at them to do so. It wouldn't make Insight work faster or reveal more though.

I understood that EH was the Omniverse equivalent of Ki Sense, I just figured that it made any and all sensing abilities that much more...effective? Is that the right word?
