Character History:
Dan lived in an exceedingly poorly kept hotel room in California with his pet cat Mr. Mumbles.  In every episode of Dan Vs., the world constantly bashes him with a bunch of things loosely related until he gets fed up and takes action against that episode's topic.  He has been in jail quite often, and this may be part of if not THE reason why the police no longer take his calls.  Dan has severe lactose intolerance, and has to take medication in the case that he accidentally ingests the substance.  He keeps a small notebook, "The List," of which he writes down various things of which he intends to enact vengeance upon in the future, and only very rarely erases an item from it if it works along with his plans.

His best and only friend is Chris Pearson, a bit of a push-over with an immense appetite for practically anything.  Dan calls upon the aid of Chris whenever he needs help in getting revenge, which is quite often.  However, his feelings toward Chris' wife Elise are less than favorable, though they do see eye-to-eye from time to time.  Beyond them, Dan doesn't really have many friends as he sees many of the citizens of his home city as troglodytes at best, and whoever he does get close to ends up leaving (like Hortense) or just becomes his enemy (like his neighbors).

Not much is known about Dan's past, though it is quite obvious that his parents were quite neglectful to him as a child.  In "Dan Vs. Dan*", Elise's enemy re-programing agents ran away in horror while Dan was describing his childhood.  He got a root canal when he was 5, before he even had his baby teeth, and he didn't learn to tie his shoes until the age of 12.  He was practically raised on TV because his parents couldn't be bothered, and because of this he has terrible social skills to this day.  He first met Chris at a terrible summer camp named "Camp Atrocious," of which Chris believes the name is an understatement.  Dan was also pretty popular in High School with all his crazy schemes, though he never realized it at the time.

He enters the Omniverse on a random day sometime after the events of the whole series.

Physical Description:


Starting Stats:
ATK: 3 - Very violent, physical restraint difficult without sedatives.
DEF: 2 - About as sturdy as a typical human in-universe, easily succumbs to Police force.
SPD: 2 - Same as above, seen chasing a normal kid with relatively similar speed.
TEC: 3 - Is shown to have good accuracy with garbage can lids or hatchets from time to time.

Starting Proficiencies:
Physical Strength - 1000 OM

Starting Powers:
Foresight - 1500 OM


Starting Moves:
Brass Knuckles - 300 OM
Given to him by his mother, these brass knuckles give his attacks a bit more "punch."  The metal around the fingers reaches about 1/4 of an inch thick, and the part that's held fits comfortably in an average-sized human palm.  The brass knuckles Dan only owns one set of brass knuckles, which he uses in his right hand.

I attempted to make a separate Dan account for this joining form, however I was not allowed to do so by the forum so I'll use this account instead, if that is fine by the Omnigods.

Looks good. I can start getting you set up. That's odd that you got an error message when you tried to make a new account, though. If you want to I have no problem converting this account to your alt account, but if it's better for you, you can try to make a Dan account again. It may have just been a server issue or something at the time.

Whichever you'd prefer, let me know and we can get the wheels turning.
