There'll be a booth at the portal-gate in the Nexus.

Much like with last years DA, killing someone who has a bounty will earn you that bounty.

well thanks for telling me my first question but I meant will there be restictions for people with bountys from the empire or something like that. Because I have never done this before.

Yea, Syntech =/= the Empire, so it doesn't matter if you have a bounty there... unless Kopaka or any other head hunter joins and wants to make some money off your head.

Since powers/moves are allowed, if you portray assists as constant traveling companions will they be able to accompany you, or do they need to revert to a "summon when needed" state?

That's a good point that I didn't think to clarify.

They don't get to come with you. You'd have to spend SP to summon them in the event that you get into a dicey situation.

Would be awesome if some denizen from hell brought them a notice about it and explained that with it they could permanently leave the Underverse X3 But as soon as they die or leave the island, they're sent straight back down there because demons are little pricks like that.
