Which is why it would be fun to play. Could play him as a very body conscious dude who just wants to fit in and be normal but finds himself in impossibly embarrassing situations because of his size.

No, I'm pretty sure Minato means that he's too big to play as.
The maximum base height of the character is 10 feet. You can only exceed that with transformations.

You would just have to play as the definitive version of Godzilla.

Back on topic, I think that Ant-Man would be a cool character to play as, mechanics-wise. They have the powers required to have the movie version show up, and he could use alternate forms to alter the stats so that, say, when he's small, he's "like a bullet," for example(as in, like in the movie version, he'd still be strong, but packed into a smaller package.))

12 feet*
Also, there's always the Growth power. That'd give you a realistic Godzilla at least while the power is in use if you don't want to go the Giant Body Power-Up route.
Edit: Also also, Zack wins this thread.

The Kid from Bastion. Yet another silent protagonist. There's just enough wiggle room with him to figure your own moves, give that he essentially only has weapons and secret skills for each of them. *calls dibs*

Vin from Mistborn would be awesome to play as... but you'd need like EVERY proficiency and like a dozen powers to accurately represent her even though a lot of her powers are pretty weak and only really "that strong" when used in concert.
I've been reading though the Foundation series for a while now and it's a really weird/fun universe but I don't think you could really do any character from it. Maybe the Mule? I won't mention anything else because who he/she is and what their impact was is kinda one of the major plot-points.

@regarding Godzilla:
Comics and certain bits of the TV series have him with legit telepathy if I recall correctly so that's not even breaking canon.
in terms of fun characters:
Gimli was once going to definitely by my third character, and if I wasn't so in love with getting Abby as my third, I'd love to play him. He's not exactly breaking ground, but at the same time, the stubborn dwarf has a certain rustic simplicity about him, and it would be an excellent excuse to attempt to write in the style of Tolkien.
Would actually be very fun to see a redeemed form of "the warrior" from the first Diablo, given the ties he has to the beast that now plagues the Omniverse. a sword-specializing character with enchanted weapons and armor combined with liberal use of healing and teleportation to allow for a practical yet supernatural close combat specialist.
Kane, from command and conquer, would be an absolutely amazing way to introduce new factions and ideas to the world, and is someone I would absolutely love to see appear here. Though I very much doubt it will happen.

Yeah, you could even have 'wife beater' as your super move.

I've also thought about running Vin, have her as a kingdom spy mostly in Coruscant, would be fun. You are right though that her abilities wouldn't work very well for this system, since she kinda dips lightly into every power, but doesn't fully utilize it.
I've also thought about Sabriel from the Old Kingdom trilogy, running around smiting undead in the Pale Moors, though having two characters with that name might be confusing (and half of the bells don't have very practical uses from a rules perspective)
Third idea's a little different, but it might be fun to play as Skeletor. I feel like it would be very different as a character to play, but it might get annoying for the mods, since he would literally go after Camelot every time he got some new plan. He'd probably get banished relatively soon, and I don't think he would be fun to play in the underverse.
If history is to become legend, it first must be recorded.

I'm considering a variety of characters as my third option. I'm quite happy with Amaterasu and Sabrina, so no swapping there, but third character?
Sauron was one choice. Especially with his smexy looks when he's without armor. And he has "The Ring" power-ups right at hand! Of course, he might not even get out of the Nexus before getting his ass banished.
A Primarch, from Warhammer 40k. With the issue being that both Okor and Tarts are at least as strong as him (whereas in the 40k lore a Primarch is ridiculously OP, even more so than the Space Marines). And I'm not all that familiar with WH40k lore.
The Queen Black Dragon from Runescape. I'm just not sure where I should take her, if anywhere. I didn't dabble sufficiently far into Runescape to have a good grasp of the character. But, she'd be an unconventional one.
And finally, Faith Connors from Mirror's Edge. With Catalyst coming up there'll be a LOT of good art of her. On the other hand, she'd be a Demetri 2.0 with 1/1/5/3 ish stats, which makes her very similar to Amaterasu (currently 3/1/3/4). Not to mention she's not really a fighter.
I'll probs have more ideas as I go, but we'll see!

Most of the site knows I considered Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul instead of Ruby when thinking about an alt. Not much needs to be said there.
I haz an OC I did want to play and use as a third if they were added (which they are now )... BUUUUUT I did some thinking and realised that... I don't really have any idea for what I wanna do with him :/ So I am considering one other option for my third (if I can become active once more):
Using one of Sans's NPC slots, I will be playing a mysterious character from the Undertale universe named W.D. Gaster, as I have been fascinated with him for god knows how long. And the plans I have had for him AS AN NPC ALONE have made me desire to play him full time if I can. For the time being though, I will merely be bringing him in as an NPC, straight from the start, Nexus and all, to come to some kind of relation with Sans.

My thought was either to play her or Elend Venture (in the last book in that cycle). Have them DISCOVERING their powers as they went. Like "welp... time to learn to access all the metals all over again..."
Looking over the Proficiency list it would probably be able to be summed up with like:
Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency, Super Jumping (advanced), Enhanced Senses, and maybe like Basic Regeneration? That would be like... 5,800 (before moves).
Steel and Iron could be ranged attack stuff, Remote Control Proficiency, and super jumping?
Strength and regen could be pewter
Enhanced senses for tin and bronze?
Later on pick up like Foresight or something for atium? Or have one of your supers be like crazy speed/prediction stuff?
For the mental stuff... I dunno. Maybe later on pick up like debuff prof. but I don't think they'd be as important- just use them for RPing stuff.
But, I mean, you could probably get away with just like Steel and Iron off the bat, make a few moves based on that (push and pull using ranged and remote) then pick up the pewter stuff as you went, eventually spend 400 on debuff.

Oh! Also, if I didn't pick Gaster as a third and wanted instead to play someone else, I would be happy to write out a few test posts as Rose Lalonde from Homestuck to complete the group! Of course... I would need to brush up on my Homestuck reading, but I've still got a long way before I consider a third anyway XD

I was thinking today about doing Vyse from Skies of Arcadia. He'd fit RIGHT in.

If I ever get a second character, I'd play as Hiroshi from Ao Oni. I've been listening to Ten-Faced and now my version of Hiroshi has DID... I don't know what to think about that.
