[Thor]

"By the gods!" Thor rose form his hiding place and spun with a florish of his red cape, ready to decimate any foe with a swing of his mighty hammer. Unfortunately, Thor was a big man and such sudden and violent action by him overturned the table he had been half crouching under. Computer terminals crashed to the floor loudly The stormtroopers took notice. One of them saw that he was on the wanted list and began to shout.
"That's him! Get him!" They raised their rifles and started to move in, but Thor's attention was on the dark haired stranger who had appeared behind he and his comrade.

[Gwendolyn]

"As much as I would love to chat right now, you guys are in trouble." Koal backed up, summoning his scythe to his hand. The weapon was still as beautiful and deadly as the day he had found it, and it pulsed with energy. The long, silver handle made a series of whirring and clicking noises as the he flicked it, the blade rotating into an upright spear position.

Koal let out a feral grin, his fangs showing, " I've been itching for a fight ever since I got here." His weapon began to glow as he leveled it at one of the stormtroopers. When the glow reached an unbearable intensity, a loud sound was heard, and one of the stormtroopers had a small wound o his chest, akin to their blaster bolt fire. Both figures looked very wary and unsure of what to do, looking between Koal and The squad of stormtroopers, who were looking around in a panic, unsure of what had just happened, one of them was tending to the other's chest wound.

Koal called over his shoulder, "You guys just gonna stand there or are gonna come on?"

[Red-Hood]

"Not here!" Red yelled looking at the scared patrons of the library. " I'm all for a fight but there's too many innocents here, we need to get out of here, fight another day. I'll cause a distraction you guys head for the maitence closet and we will will re group out side." Red pulled another flash grenade from his belt and chunked it at the troopers. After a few second it detonated blinding the stormtroopers. " Now! Run!" Red yelled pulling his pistols out and heading for the exit.

[Thor]

Thor looked at the slender dark haired stranger. He was tall. Taller than Thor, which was surprising considering how young he looked. Then he watched him take out a strange looking scythe pulsing with energy. Thor heard him talk about being itchy for a fight and then put a hole in a stormtrooper from across the room. Then he heard Red scream something about innocents, throw a flashbang, yell about running, and start moving toward the maintenance room that we came from. Thor looked at the dazed troopers, then at Red sleeking away, then at the open door behind the dazed troopers.
"A god does not run." Thor looked at the dark haired stranger. "Are you a god?" He began to swing his hammer by the lanyard. "Because gods charge!" With that Thor launched himself across the room Hammer first, slammed right into one of the trooper sending himself and the trooper out the door.

[Red-Hood]

Red spun around at the sound of Thor's battle cry just in time to see Thor fling himself at one of the stormtroopers sending the both of them crashing out of the front door of library. "You idiot!!" Red yelled. He quickly checked his ammo on his guns and ran after him. Vaulting over a table Red kicked a trooper to the floor putting a few bullets in his head and began shooting at the others who were still in shock of the massive warrior's attack against one of their comrades. Red used this distraction to his advantage dropping thew others with no problem at all. Reloading quickly Red jumped over the broken remains of the door and headed outside. The stormtrooper that Thor initialy attacked was dead indefinitely. His body mangled and glass jutting out of the armor of the sorry bastard confirmed that. Damn... Remind me to never piss off the big guy.. Red thought to himself. Red looked around and saw stormtroopers pouring out of the woodwork filing around the two of them prepared to attack. Hope that kid can fight because we are sure in for one hellva one Red thought as he looked around the street which were biw filled with the white armoured soldiers.

[Gwendolyn]

Koal stared at the two idiots as they demolished the stormtrooper squadron. They worked fantastically in sync, the warrior hitting one away as the smaller man put a bullet or two in a stormtrooper's heart. They moved as a single organism, and Koal was fascinated.

The library got eerily quiet as all sounds of battle came to a grinding halt. Armor plated stained red were scattered throughout the library. Tables were overturned and most, if not all, the computer terminals were destroyed, sparks fizzing out of their shattered monitors.

He raked his gaze across the decimated library and locked his glare onto the two other living occupants of the room. Those idiots had just ruined his plan! Now he was going to have to find another way to get the information he desired... Koal let out a feral growl as he stalked towards the two figures.

"I Hope you're happy now, Mr. God." His violet eyes turned a crimson color as he advanced on the warrior. "You just ruined my plan to acquire information from this facility." He drew his sword and summoned his scythe instantaneously, leveling his scythe at the warrior god, and his sword to the throat of the smaller, criminal-like man. "Give me a good reason why I shouldn't slit your throat's right now..."

[Red-Hood]

Red almost laughed at the turn of events that had taken place. red was used to being labeled a criminal but it had to be a new record to be wanted with only a few hours of entering a new place. "To be fair I tried to leave but Thor wanted to fight. Couldn't leave my good buddy to fight these pricks on his own especially after what I learned about them. No matter where you go the so called 'police' are nothing but corrupted power hungry fools. I'm ending the Empire. You want info? So do I stick with us and we can learn together kid." Red turned his attention back to the city street filled with stormtroopers. Seeing their number as a more pressing threat. "So kid you gonna help?" Red raised his pistols at the troopers who had begun to close in.

[Thor]

Thor looked at the sythe pointed at him. It was an impressive weapon. He would not have traded Mjolnir for it, but in the hand of this lanky youth it was obviously a formidable threat. The thought made him smile. He would be wary of it if its wielder did turn on them. Then the dark haired youth threatened to slit their throat. Thor put on a dangerous smile.
"Here we are immortal save for the dream of death." Thor looked Koal in the eye, the smile dropping form his lips. "Fight against me or fight alongside me, but do not waste my time with threats." Thor hefted his hammer and looked at the stormtroopers coming. Then back at the youth with the scythe. "Either way I get a fight."

[Gwendolyn]

Koal had a choice to make. To stand and fight with these people, or to run and hide like a coward. It wasn't even a hard choice once the options were laid out on the table. Koal spun his scythe and ignited his arm once more, bracing himself for the wave of blaster fire and troops.

The glory of Battle was a majestic thing. The thrill of besting an opponent, to prove yourself a man, was a feeling Koal would never get tired of. His eyes went red as he let out a snarl and charged the troopers. He cut at one while a fireball impacted on a soldier's helm. A hammer took out the man on his right, and The youth could feel his ears ring with each bullet fired. It was truly thrilling.

But his more logical side was having a panic attack. This was the heart of the empire. Tier One. These stormtroopers wouldn't stop coming, not until they were dead. The fear began to seep into his soul, igniting a will to live he hadn't felt in so long.

Not since his fight with Seraph.

The air stilled for Koal, and he felt a familiar presence in his mind. "You remember what I said Koal? Life is full of war and pain. Despair is everywhere. It is a living organism, a force so powerful, no one could hope to contain it." Seraph's voice rasped in his head, an echo of his past. A memory. He felt his flames die on his hand, and he summoned his sword instead. His scythe in his left, his sword in his right, Koal fought with a renewed vigor.

He fought like a demon. Everything was a weapon, and he utilized everything he could to kill these bastards that wanted his life. He felt a manic laughter bubbled up from his chest, and when it made itself know, he sounded insane. Nothing existed but the kill, nothing but the despair that fed his pain.

His rage did not abate, instead rising to new heights, pushing Koal farther than he would have thought possible. But the battle was over. For now. His heart pounded in his chest and his body ached with a need to vanquish everything, but Leah stopped him. She sent waves of calm thoughts into his head, abating his pain and soothing his raw nerves. Koal dropped his weapon and fell to his hands and knees, his breath coming in ragged gasps and tears carving pathways down his face.

Koal lifted his head and looked at the warrior and his friend, and held a thumbs up at them. " We...We kick ass..." He let out a dry cough, climbing to his feet and desummoning his weapons. "What's...next?"

[Red-Hood]

Red watched as Koal make his decision and charge the horde of troops. Red whooped feeling like a kid again, back we he saw this all just a game. The adrieline rush you got from fighting someone, especially those who are weaker. With a woop of relief and the thrill of the fight Red charged in guns firing into the crowd. Not all were hitting in crucial areas, some missing completely but his gun fire was still doing damage to the group. Red could feel the familiar burning of the blasters hitting him but thankfully their shots were being thrown off their original mark thanks to the demented boy who was eviscerating the troopers. The way this teen moved was terrifying to watch. Glad this kid is on our side thought Red in awe of his raw power. Feeling a hand on his shoulder Red kicked back hard hitting a stormtrooper in the gut. He could hear the air leave the troopers lungs and if it weren't for the mask covering the trooper's face Red would have seen the life leave his eyes as he spun and lit the guy up.

[Thor]

Thor watched the tall youth turn his scythe and sword wordlessly onto the approaching soldiers. They started firing their blasters as he charged at them. They didn't stand a chance. Luckily those were not the only soldiers of the empire to be had. It seems the incident with the billboard combined with this new destruction of a library had gained them quite the following. Stormtroopers poured out of every alleyway and from both sides of the street. Thor even saw four of the white clad enemies were coming down from a higher level of the library. But that was nothing compared to the veritable horde amassing outside. Thor saw one of the stormtroopers in the street getting too close to his newest possible ally with the business end of a blaster. The trooper never saw the Hammer coming. Then Red pulled out his guns and charged at the troopers firing rapidly into their ranks.

"That's the spirit, my brothers! Enjoy yourselves." Thor was getting ready to charge in as well when he felt a sting in his back and saw four troopers coming down the stairs from the upper floor, blasters aimed and firing. Thor caught his hammer. Using its weight to slam it into the first of the four stormtroopers coming down the stairs Thor flung him back into his three other companions with a thud. Pathetic. Thor thought, before running out of the library and charging into his very own clump of troopers.

Thor threw his Hammer into the group of troopers. The white sea parted. Thor leaped, catching his hammer mid air before coming crashing down on a very unfortunate stormtrooper. Thor rose form his landing as he did most things. With a swing of his mighty hammer. Thor swung, a trooper crumbled. Thor swung, a trooper fell. A lucky shot to the torso made him whince. Repeat. Then, again. Then, again. Thor knew that something was wrong. The Hammer felt heavy in his hands. Mjolnir had never felt heavy to him before coming to this place. And the storms would not heed his commands. Thor looked to the sky as he continued to crush white helmet after white chest-plate with his mighty hammer. The sky was dark and boiling with the raging of his fight, but no matter how hard he tried no lightning would crack or thunder boom. And Mjolnir felt heavy. Something in the Omniverse must be interfering with his powers. He would figure that out later. For now he would settle for demolishing these weaklings before their superior numbers overwhelmed him.

Thor lost track of time as he crushed and slammed his way through trooper after trooper, but when he finally looked up he saw that they three stood tall and alone. Victory.

Koal spoke first.

" We...We kick ass..." He let out a dry cough, climbing to his feet and desummoning his weapons. "What's...next?"

[Thor]

At the question Thor watched Red start to speak, then the sky roared. There was something in the sky. It was blue and shaped like a tear drop. Though as Thor watched it barring down on the three he realized it was made out of metal, and it was coming in hot! But it wasn't aimed at any of them, it was aimed between them. The blue drop pod hit the street with a thunderous crash and then opened up like a giant flower. Ten men in bulky blue power armor marched out of the drop pod. Three of the space marines turned to each of the three primes with one holding position in the drop pod. Thor did not like the way they moved. They were trained, and trained well. By the size of their armor they would be a lot tougher than the usual enemies they were used to facing. Then to add to his concerns more stormtroopers began to began to shuffle down the street. This was not ok. Thor was more than ready to fall in battle but Red seemed like he might want to avoid a painful death, and his new ally seemed unstable enough that Thor thought death might be a mental risk they should not take. The Space Marine standing in the open skeleton of the drop pod shouted commands at the stormtroopers. Under his leadership the stormtroopers stopped just far enough away for there blasters to hit and began to fire. This was not good. Thor was far tougher than either of his comrades and even he was feeling the fatigue of continued battle wounds. Thor felt the sting of a blaster shot as it hit him in the chest. He threw his hammer sending it slamming into the trooper. He took a space marine's bolt to the shoulder. Definitely time to leave. Thor launched into the air dodging as many shots at he could. He would try to take both of them if he could. He wouldn't be able to gain much altitude carrying two, but with a bit of luck he should be able to get over the horde of stormtroopers and away from the blue armored soldiers. He held out his hand as he flew.
"We need to regroup!"

[Red-Hood]

Red slumped in dismay no matter him many of these idiots feel by their, bullets, hammer and noe apparently scythe they just kept coming. And now it seemed they finnaly brought out the big guys. Ted watched as the tear drop shaped drop pod opened and ten hulking blue armoured guys marched out in such synchronized manner. Red didn't have to be trained by the world's greatest detective to know these guys were tough. Not only that but more storm troopers were flooding into the streets. Are you kidding me?! Red yelled in his head his dismay growing even stronger. Red noticed that Thor had flung himself into the air and was yelling at them to regroup. Finally thought Red You're using your brain.. With that Red holstered his guns getting ready to run. "Kid! Its time to go, head for the nexus gate!" Red shouted at the weary teen. With that Red turned and ran straight at a group of troopers. They opened fire which didn't surprise Red. By skill or by luck Red made it to the line of them and didn't stop once he was there taking a huge leap he jumped clean over their heads. Red had noticed that Thor had outstretched his hand for him and the kid to latch on, but with their combined wait it would just bring Thor down and in the range of the troopers blasters Hoping Thor would know what to do next Red ran down the nearest ally way. Thankful he had chosen on where the buildings were close together he began jumping of the walls, using the force and momentum to bounce him to the next wall. As he zig zagged up the walls Red finally made it to the top of the building and once again he began to run. Red jumped over the gaps effortlessly never losing pace as he ran for the nexus. Red only hoped that his friends would get away as well.

[Gwendolyn]

Koal let out a low growl and crouched low, as the troops moved in on their position. This was not good, and Koal could feel that if he didn't get out of here fast, he would experience death. His stared at the hulking blue armor of these new soldiers as they fanned out to span the area... They were born and bred soldiers. They knew nothing but war.

He heard his allies burst into action, but Koal wasn't sure they would make it. He could feel the raw power and presence of death around them. But the man with the Red hood cleared the line of soldiers with an impressive jump and Koal grasped the warrior god's hand as he flew overhead. Koal got the sensation of whiplash as he was violently jerked from the speed this maniac was flying. Bullets and blaster bolt streaked past them, a bolt slamming into Koal's upper thigh, eliciting a scream from the youth. The pilot looked down in alarm, but quickly looked back up to continue flying. Koal tried to avoid them, but multiple shots pierced his body and seared his flesh.

The pain proved to be too much for Koal to handle, and he succumbed to unconsciousness.

[Thor]

Thor saw Red leap over a group of stormtroopers, run along the wall for a moment, then begin to leap for ledges and windowsills all while dodging blaster shots and plasma bolts. He was very nimble, Thor had to give him that. Koal took Thor's hand as he flew over. He tried to fly out of range of the blasters but the extra weight put more strain on him than he thought it would. He had only flown under fire in short bursts and only as a way to close the distance between him and his enemy. Having to fly away form a fight while carrying another person made Thor realize just how slow and clumsy his flight had become. No lightning, heavy hammer, slow flight. This Omniverse was full of worthy fighters and glorious battles, but by the gods did it like making it a challenge for him. Thor heard a scream from below and looked down in time to see Koal take multiple hits from blasters and then go limp. Thor hoped he wasn't dead. Thor would have to keep carrying him until he had a moment to check. Luckily, Thor had not flown very far from the nexus gate to reach the library. It did not take him long to come upon the street leading to the portal. Thor watched Red slip into the portal. He was fast too. Thor took another couple of shots before dropping to the ground and throwing Koal over his shoulder. Flying with two took too much energy to do for long. Thor threw his Hammer at the troopers chasing him. He would make it. He took another shot in the back. He would make it. He caught his Hammer. He would make it. He tossed Koal into the portal and stepped into the white abyss right before another bolt of energy could strike him.
