Character Change: Mami Tomoe to Neptune
#1
Quote:IT BEGINS. Again. Um.
The links in Moves and Physical Description have pictures, because why wouldn't they? So, if you'd like to look at those, that's swell.
I know I mention it later, but if anything needs fixing, call me out on said thing that needs fixing and it shall be fixed.
Oh, and I did the calculations for the amount of OM I get to keep - 12561.93 - Starting 5000 / 2 = 3780.965 + Starting 5000 = 8780.965. Omnilium's only shown up to the hundredth, so I'll assume it rounds up to .97 instead of down to .96, but if I'm wrong, feel free to call me out and/or fix it.
Thank you, and good morning, afternoon, evening or night.~
also um if there were people joining/switching before me please go help them first if you can or haven't already

Character Name: Neptune, Goddess of Planeptune - though she'll answer to pretty much any nickname that vaguely relates to Neptune (Also goes by Purple Heart when she's in HDD, if you're boring)

Character Source: Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 and Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation

Character History: Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 takes place, then The Animation's events take place (I'm specifically noting this because that's technically not the way the canon is, but this is the Omniverse. I can do what I want with Neppy's history). Neptune's taken from the Omniverse while sleeping the night after an exhibition fight with the other Goddesses of Gamindustri.

Physical Description:
Human Form

Stats: (+2 DEF for 3000 OM)
ATK: 4
Neptune may be four foot nine, but she's still pretty tough, even in her human form. Her strength fluctuates a bit at times as her Shares do, but even on a bad day she can go toe-to-toe with dragons all by herself.
DEF: 3
Neptune's human form is pretty durable. Most of the durability comes from sheer willpower, because all the pudding she eats certainly isn't turning her into a beefcake.
SPD: 2
Neptune may be faster than popes in heels, space marines and a few evil overlords, but she's not purple streak speeds by levels of fast. Not yet, at least. Maybe someday.
TEC: 3
While she's the youngest of the Goddesses, she's still a Goddess, and while she has no recollection of it, fighting in the Console War took considerable skill. She demonstrates said skill in more recent memory with acrobatics and some degree of tactical thinking in her HDD form.

Starting Proficiencies (1000): Physical Strength (1000)

Starting Powers (3000): Flight (1800), Master Acrobat (400), Burst Movement (800)

Starting Moves (900):
Holy Fang Blade (300)
Uses Physical Strength
A legendary blade used by the Goddess preceding Neptune. While it's been reforged so as to return functionality after uncountable years of not being used, it retains the power the original blade held. The sword is about three feet long (~90cm) and weighs just under two pounds (~.9kg). It's quite easy to swing and cuts beautifully, but its incredibly sharp blade quickly dulls and is easily disarmed or broken. Fortunately, re-summoning the blade in the Omniverse isn't difficult - all it takes is about two seconds to re-summon and unsheathe the weapon.

Tier 1 Offensive Super Move: Cross Combo! (600)
Uses Physical Strength
A favourite Move of Neptune's. A significantly larger amount of power is put behind Neptune's blade, making each strike much stronger and leaving thick orange lines in the air where she cuts. Neptune dashes at her opponent, then cuts an X into them, slightly knocking them backwards in the process. As the opponent staggers, she leaps and spins, cutting another X into her opponent as she lands. With her fifth strike she sends her opponent flying into the air, with her sixth she rushes up to meet them and sends them plummeting back to the ground. If the opponent can't fly or break their fall in any way, the seventh hit is impact with the ground.

Spent OM = 7900 / 8780.97

I can confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. I've done this twice before, so I'm pretty sure I didn't screw anything up - if I did, though, let me know and I'll fix things.

Where did you find us?
uh
i can't remember
can i get back to you on this one
/joke
