Site issue

so as I use the site, I've been consistently getting this error:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /viewforum.php on this server."
on every page for very short periods of time. after a few seconds it returns to normal, but this has been a bit of an irritation and if anyone has any suggestions or solutions to this error, I would love to hear them.

I've been getting similar errors for a while now. I haven't had them for a while, though. Mine likewise resolve with time. Maybe it's related to traffic?

I think it's traffic-related.

I get them every now and again, and they go away with a page refresh.
