CHARACTER NAME: Sister Almoness Evangeline (Eva)
CHARACTER SOURCE: Warhammer 40k Adepta Sororitas
CHARACTER HISTORY:
In the Grim Dark of the 41st millennium humanity is little more than a self-sustaining war machine. The children of the men and women who hold the line against the Xenos plagues and the foul forces of chaos almost invariably end up in the care of the Schola Progenium, who test the aptitude of their charges and determine how best they might serve humanities eternal war machine. It is from the greatest girls the majority of the Adepta Sororitas' ranks are formed, and so high are the demands placed upon them that even the Ecclesiarchy forgives those that fail, allowing them to serve in the guard or the Commissars.
Evangeline, being born to a noble house, is among the few who volunteered and was not conscripted. Living with a comparatively good, Emperor fearing family and having been under the tutelage of a sister of the Orders Famulous, from a very young age she became infatuated with the Sororitas. This was much to the chagrin of her Famulous tutor, who was hoping to match her otherwise perfect student with the a govenor's heir who of a problem hive world. None the less it was on this tutors recommendation that Evangeline was shipped to a convent for testing.
After passing judgment and completeing military training she was assigned to the Order of the Eternal Candle of the Orders Hospitaller where she was trained in all manner of medical procedures from basic triage to cybernetic surgery, skills that she would only hone during her service. It was due to her noble upbringing and not her skill with a scalpel, though that certainly found its uses, that she was selected by an Inquisitor of the Ordos Hereticus to become the instrument of the Emperor's divine judgment. Rarely would she have to brandish her Inquisitorial badge, for if her Hospitallier habit didn't open the door her bedside manner would. Yet, in an instant she would could turn ruthless in her application of Imperial Law. And when diplomacy failed her she was ready to clad herself in Sororitas Armour, pick up a bolter and fight beside her fellow Inquisitors.
It would be 4 years before the Sisterhood called her back to fight against the ruinous forces in the 14th Black Crusade. Her experience with dealing with Chaos's corruption quickly put her in leadership roles. Soon anyone stepping into a frontline triage center was answering to her. Imperial records list her as missing in action, presumed killed in the service of the Emperor, though there are a few who escaped her final battle that vehemently dispute this claim.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Sister Evangeline has platinum blonde hair which she wears to just below her shoulder blades with a thin red highlight which flanks either side of her front parting. Upon her fair skinned face is a fleur de lis brand on her right cheek she acquired from a repentance ritual upon her graduation to Sister-Novice. Her eyes are emerald green and seem to sparkle when the correct mood strikes her. She has an athletic body with stands 175 centimeters tall.
Her armour was destroyed moments before she entered the Omniverse. Only the skin mesh and her red and cream shield robe survived.

Lasgun - 300?
A rifle which fires a highly precise laser beam with a maximum effective range of 200 meters. It is pinpoint accurate so any misses are the result of a failure of the operator. The projection only lasts for a fraction of a second but conveys enough energy to vaporize flesh. The weapon only has a semi automatic mode, which Evangeline can maintain an ROF of between 60 and 120 RPM, and is powered by power cells that can sustain about 30 shots each, which the Hospitallier can change over in 3 seconds. Evangeline's pack has the provision to carry 10 additional cells which can be recharged by exposure to thermal, solar or electrical energy sources.
Rosarius - 300?
A string of large beads with an Inquisitorial talisman on the end which protects the faithful from fatal wounds. Evangeline can activated it by wrapping it around the gauntlet of her off hand. In this manner it projects a powerful shield 45cm in diameter which can be used to deflect melee attacks (and ranged if she's very lucky). She will still feel the force of the attack, and strong enough ones that don't deflect may shatter her wrist or send her flying across the room. (Basically a buckler made out of faith energy)
Power Sword (Deactivated) - 300?
A sword with similar dimensions to a Bastard Sword(20cm grip, 90cm blade), though weighs quite a bit more due to the addition of a power supply and energy projectors.
Power Sword (Activated) - Tier 1 Super Move - 600
Once the sword is activated it has the ability to cut through all but the toughest armour.
