Not sure if this is okay, but I'll leave this here...

BASE!
Dr. McNinja sprints up to 250 meters in a split second, moving so fast he seems to teleport. He basically does, and nobody can touch him during this time unless they're moving as fast as him. After he arrives at his destination, he calls out at the top of his lungs, "BASE!", revealing his location to everyone around him. Only usable once per IC day.
