So yeah, Lopunny is eventually going to go on the Omniverse Pokemon run Pokemon league! Most likely after Luffy xD
Anyways, since we may have another pokemon prime soon, I thought I'd share this and maybe you guys can join in to throw out some ideas!
So basically, there's a gym or two in every Verse. I think to give players variety, each gym will represent two types and the players can decide which one they want to challenge.
Also, no order in which you have to do these gyms. That's also up to the player!
Following is what I have of the gym list. Feel free to give input and I'll edit this list as we get things more fleshed out.
Oh one more thing, expect to fight several other pokemon before they let you fight the gym leaders. That goes without saying. xD
-------
Coruscant Fighting & Steel
Location: Tier Five
Population: low
There used to be a gym in Tier Four that was focused on Electric types and Steel types, however the Empire shut them down for mysterious reasons. The Electric types moved on while the Steel types joined up with the fighting types who were already running unofficial tournaments in Tier Five. This gym is located smack dab in the middle of a slummy neighborhood where is serves as a form of entertainment for some of the locals.
Gym Leaders: Hariyama and Excadrill
Camelot Psychic & Rock
Location: Hidden
Population: Medium
The Camelot gym is located in a small hidden community to avoid the persecution of Pokemon of the region. However, it's getting harder and harder to stay hidden as an influx of Pokemon have moved to the area. The area is noteworthy as the pioneer of "Partial evolutions" which allow pokemon to make cosmetic changes to their bodies, making it a hotspot for pokemon wanting to set themselves apart from themselves apart.
The building itself looks a lot like a magic school. While it mainly focuses on the psychic types as they are the magic users of the Pokemon world, rock types have been allowed at the insistence of Master Sudowoodo, who believes stone is the foundation of Camelot.
Gym Leaders: Alakazam and Sudowoodo
The Endless Dunes Ground & Flying
Location: Spread out
Population: Extremely low
In the oppressive landscapes of the endless dunes, the only two types of Pokemon that can thrive are the the hearty ground types and the flying types, the masters of the sky. There is no dedicated gym in this verse. Instead, challengers must track down and fight some of the pokemon that belong to either gym. Only after several battles will one of the gym leaders present themselves to the challenger. The ground types tend to hang around the deserts, while the flying types tend to gravitate towards Oasis'.
Gym Leaders: Krookodile & Archeops
The Tangled Green Grass & Bug
Location: Elven territory, 20 or so miles from the World Tree
Population: Low
The Elves took a liking to the concept of creatures literally made of plants and gladly allowed them to live on their lands. The gym itself is a laboratory built in a clearing. Many of the Pokemon there also study the magical flora as well as run an officially sanctioned gym.
While the entire focus of the gym is plant pokemon, they are willing to also hand out the badge to anyone who knocks the lights out of the leader of the bug Pokemon that keep trying to eat them.
Gym Leaders: Serperior & Heracross
The Vasty Deep Water & Fairy
Location: Costa Del Sol; Spread out.
Popular: Medium
Like the Endless Dunes, there is no dedicated gym. Same rules apply here, find representatives of said gyms, fight them and the leader will reveal themselves.
The fairy types often frequent Costa Del Sol's entertainment industry, while the water types stick close to the beaches.
Gym Leaders: Samurott & Flores
The Pale Moors Dark & Ghost
Location: Somewhere outside Darkshire in an abandoned mansion.
Population: Medium
Dark types and Ghost types seem drawn to a mysterious mansion. Together, they form a rather flimsy alliance as they try to uncover the mysteries of said house which seems to have something to do with Pokemon history.
Gym Leaders: Absol & Mismagius
The Ashen Steppes Fire & Dragon
Location: Hidden
Population: Extremely Low
A small group of pokemon gather inside an inactive volcano. Every day, they come to fight. They do not fear the terrain of the Steppes, they welcome it. They honor anyone who dare come all the way to their little hiding spot just to challenge them.
Gym Leaders: Blaziken & Salamence
The Frozen Fields Ice & Normal
Location: Unknown
Population: Unknown
I haven't figured this one out yet. XD
---------
The Elite Four
Location: Cinnabar Island
Population: High
