An audit of my OM totals brought me to 28,100.

I'm notifying staff to inspect the dependencies.

I believe the issue is:

Ring Duplicate (300).

I mistakenly listed it as a purchased Move, but it actually requires Symbiosis to purchase, which I don't yet have.

My actual total spent should be: 27,800 OM

I will request a further audit to confirm that this is the case.

Yooo. So I figured out what's up with your Roster and Log. The Ring Duplicate didn't actually play that large of a role. It's not listed in your Roster, but it IS accounted for in your Move total, so that didn't really effect anything. You obviously can't use it until your buy Symbiosis, but you're fine to keep it and it won't mess up your total.  

3 things that did this:
-You have Advanced Fusion listed as 1500 in your roster, when it should be 1200 (should also be listed under Powers, but that doesn't so much matter).
-When you bought Hard Light Wall, you paid the 800 OM price tag, but it's only a Tier-1 so it's 600. Your roster is correct in this case.
-You have your Communicator listed as 300 instead of 200.

These changes should bring your spent to 27700. Double check my logic and gimme the thumbs up and I can go and fix those numbers in your log.
