CHARACTER NAME: Hazel Vultoni

CHARACTER HISTORY: Hazel comes from a fantasy-type world called Grayenhale. She’s a rising star in the competitive field of dragon breeding and training. Her reputation began after she managed to bring back the species of light dragons after their apparent extinction decades prior. Because of this she was selected for an expedition to the Frozen Isles, a collection of islands stuck in the ice age, frozen in time. She was entrusted with an egg found in the Isle, an egg said to contain the long-extinct Ice Dragon. However, a freak storm strikes while the expedition is still en route to the Isle. Their transport is knocked from the sky and cast into the ocean. Omni plucked Hazel from the wreckage and placed her in the Omniverse.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Hazel’s 5’9” and 143.7 lbs. She has dark brown hair that falls to about mid-back which is always pulled back. Her eyes are dull blue that border on gray. Her skin is tan from long hours in the sun and scarred from working with the most dangerous magical beasts on record.

Hazel fires a barrage of razor-sharp icicles from her hands. This move is instantaneous and can be used on the move. The icicles move at the speed of a fired bullet.
Flash Freeze (requires Debuff Proficiency) -300 OM
When Hazel makes contact with an opponent or object, she can create a thick layer of ice wherever she touches. Primarily used through the hands but can be used with any skin contact. The ice spreads quickly and if not dislodged she can completely cover an average adult-sized person in about a minute and a half.
Field of Ice Tier 1 Super Attack (requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, and Ranged Materialize Proficiency) -600 OM
Hazel charges this move for three minutes. She can still move around during this time but a solid hit can break her concentration and cancel the charge forcing her to start over. The ability is activated by jumping with both feet off the ground. Upon landing, the ground will immediately be covered in thick ice. It will spread rapidly and sharp spires and pillars of ice will randomly erupt. Hazel can control the location and timing of the eruptions to an extent. The ice will spread for around 20 ft. in each direction. It will freeze a layer over water and stick opponents feet to the ground.
