I would like to ask that this start to be processed once October has passed and once I finish up the Gaster thread.

Character name: Marisa Kirisame

Character source: Touhou project (PC-98 era, and Window's era) the major difference being that mima is still around and taught Windows era Marisa everything.

Character history: Marisa kirisame the ordinary magician. She was born and raised in Gensokyo as a ordinary human. One day she left her family breaking ties with her father over being a witch nobody knows why except for her and her father and the spirit Mima and they aren't exactly willing to disclose that info. Mima took her in after she got lost near the forest of magic. Years pass and she is now living in the forest of magic away from Mima now a proficient magician. Incidents pass quickly making her a incident resolver along with Reimu. She was taken after going to steal some books from the scarlet devil mansion like usual only to find that there were no more books left there. After that Omni took her to a place where she could steal magic stuff to her heart's desire.

Physical Description: 

She is the type of person to not be very informal and condensinding, plus she is quite rowdy. She only gives a few people at most titles of honor one of them being Mima who she looks up to greatly.

Starting Moves:
Danmaku (300) (requires ranged proficiency)
Gensokyo's way of fighting. They take the shape of light lasers a inch in length when flung, fire at the speed of a bullet (from two orbs next to her, they can’t break), and she fires two at a time. She can fight for hours if need be and it is not very powerful on its own akin to that of a slap. The distance is 30 feet at maximum and the concentration needed is small.

Love sign "master spark" (600) (tier 1 super offensive) (requires Ranged, Area attack)
By standing in place and charging for around 5 seconds, Marisa concentrates her energy into her Mini-hakkero in the form of a powerful beam of magical energy (rainbow colored). The beam's direction is marked out by a thin beam of harmless light for about 3 seconds before it is fired. When it is fired, the beam is about 10 meters in diameter and 40 meters in range before it peters out. It advances at about the speed of a gently thrown object. The beam continues firing for about 5 seconds, after which it "closes" back into the original harmless beam of light then dissipates. Marisa can't move or perform other actions while using or charging this attack, and she feels fairly winded after its use.

Broom (300) (requires physical strength proficiency)
A bamboo broom that is 5 foot in length that Marisa carry's around everywhere. It can't break even under extremely stupid odds meaning she could theoretically fly off with a ton of books at a speed debuff. its main use is to beat people who would come in too close for ranged combat. its what you would expect from a broom but given its extreme durability and her speed it comes under a death of a thousand cuts type of weapon. Its not exhausting but requires a lot of concentration to keep it from flying out of her hands.


Broom (300) (Requires Physical Strength) - Marisa carries around a 5ft broom that is made from bamboo. It is enchanted so it does not break and Marisa uses it to bat people away if they get too close to her. It's not very heavy and doesn't do much damage, it's mostly just used to keep people away from her. Though it is capable of leaving some minor scratches or cuts if it makes contact with skin. Swinging the broom around doesn't require much concentration, it's a broom, but her arms might get tired eventually.

So I forgot to specify why I had more than 10 stat points I bought 2 tec stat upgrades. Originally the stats were 5/0/4/1.

Also some of her moves needed some fixing so I am going to do that also:

Danmaku (300) (requires ranged proficiency)

Non-directional laser (300) (requires ranged proficiency, area attack)
Marisa moves 50% slower and requires 25% concentration, though the movement is unhindered in how she can move around (flight, walking, etc.). She spends ten seconds charging up a spell card (a inch in width and two inches in height). Once she does that seven lasers (at a equal distance from each other of a max distance of three feet) are sent out for 15 seconds burning the person in there one foot wide lasers. as time goes on they will slowly come together till on the eighth second they are one solid beam. this will wear her out enough for her to be fairly worn out.

Just to make sure that you know, stat upgrades aren't per stat. You purchased two stat upgrades and just distributed them where you wanted to.

Danmaku - How does she fire this, Is it from a gun, her fingers, her palm? Is there any kind of charge time or is it near instant? Also, I wouldn't give percentages for your concentration requirements, just say something like 'this only requires a small amount of concentration'. What sort of stamina/ energy drain does it cause?

Non-Directional Laser - Can you fix the wording in this please? It's kind of hard to understand what you're trying to go for as the wording is a bit broken.

Love Sign 'Master spark' - I mean, it's a super move,

'It is most powerful towards the center, so while the damage near the center of the beam would be heavy, grazing the outside will not deal as much damage'

That isn't needed. If someone gets hit, they get hit and take the damage.

Also, I assume that firing this 'expands' the harmless beam of light, similar to how it closes into a harmless beam of light when it's done?

Broom - Please rewrite this and state, clearly, what the broom can do.

Moves changed hopefully this fixes them also im going to keep nondriectional laser for when I can work on it at a more opportune time (plus it isn't exactly needed).
