Character history:
Red is a teen from Pallet Town. The local Pokémon expert, Professor Oak, stops him from leaving town one day, saying that he needs a Pokémon for his protection. Upon doing this, Oak takes him to his lab and allows Red to choose one of three starter Pokémon, along with his grandson and his rival Blue.

Since then, Red traveled the Kanto region, kicking ass and enslaving Pokemon.

Then he was abducted.

When Red orders his (assist) pokemon to use a melee move--scratch, slash, cut, etc--to swipe their claws (or nails, or scythes) at the opponent. If Red isn't using a pokemon (assist), he aims a pokeball at his opponent, and then unleashes a charging pokemon that does the attack for him. When utilizing the latter of the two scenarios, the pokémon immediately returns to his pokeball after attempting the attack.

You might wanna add some more description for that move there. I mean ... you didn't even describe the move itself. :effort:

You're right, it was pretty boney. I added some meat to the description.

Uh, just so you're aware you'll still have to buy claws, fangs and the like as 'weapon' moves. Ditto did this pretty well a while back. And while I could approve Cut, it would be largely pointless if you buy those moves, since it's then something you could do without an additional move.

It could work if you just don't intend on having fights that use anything other than predefined moves. That would be really limiting for describing melee clashes and such, though.

I updated the move again in an attempt to make it more inclusive.

Also, I think the reason I was limiting the attack was because (since I want pokemon to do attacks for me) if I'm not using an assist then the pokemon must immediately vanish after doing the move.

Oh the previous one was fine, just telling you it'll be free if you buy those natural weapons as moves - but I suppose since this can be used without the assists out, it makes sense. You can rename it Cut if you want.
