HX 440-8 Double Anarchy SMG (Ranged Proficiency - 300 OM)

Click here for some small, vague visual representation!

Lilith’s weapon of choice, the Double Anarchy SMG is uniquely designed to fire at a high rate--approximately four 9mm bullets per second--and to be fairly easy to reload; however, its most obvious drawback is that it lacks long range, effective only at a range of thirty meters because of its wide spread. It only has one firing rate. Each magazine holds fifty-two (52) bullets, and Lilith can hold three magazines at a time. Ease of design and experience has made the reloading process roughly three seconds long, and she can summon more in a matter of minutes, making it inefficient and impractical to do so in the middle of a fight. Appearance-wise, it's nothing special--a dark gray sub-machine gun with a scope, though the scope can't compensate for the poor spread and barrel accuracy. It just zooms on things roughly two times.

Phasewalking (Area Attack Proficiency, Stealth - 300 OM)

Lilith’s primary power as a Siren is called “phasewalking.” Through concentration, she fades from sight and can move at any speed she’s typically capable of for approximately six seconds. At present, the ability only makes her invisible for its duration, so she can take damage while it’s active. The phasewalk takes so much concentration that she can’t do sustain it after making an offensive action. Additionally, when this power activates and deactivates, it sends an energy blast in a translucent violet sphere around her body, dealing a moderate amount of damage to anyone in her immediate vicinity (approximately a five foot radius). It's relatively tiring to use, and she needs to rest and recharge her energy after using it for roughly a minute. It can't be used in rapid succession, but it's good for a quick escape as well as for crowd control.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.

Where did you find us? I’ve been aware of the site for a long time and have attempted to join on two separate occasions, so I’m hoping the third time is a charm. Specifically to this time around, however, I found it through RPG-D.

HX 440-8 - Can we get a physical description of the weapon? How long does it take her to summon new magazines if she runs out? Does it only have the one firing rate?

Phasewalking - So it sends out a blast of energy on both activation and deactivation? What does the energy blast look like? How tiring is this to use?

Okay, did my best to clarify the points you brought up. Sorry for the delay.
