Not one of those options were favorable to him really , rubbing the back of his head and focusing on the path ahead of them as best he could . Now he really was distracted , his mind swirling with everything that had been said . He was not entirely sure he wanted to deal with a woman like her , however he also knew the longer he was champion the more money he would be making . He was still unaware of how this universe worked in many regards , he was convinced this was just a new galactic tour . A brand new venue for him to showcase his talents , his voice low in response .
" Cant just want money like everyone else huh ? , I suppose I have no choice then in the matter . I really don't like the idea in the slightest , maybe I put too much value on something that is trivial to you "

"Nope, money is not an option, ,as that is totally too much of a cliched thing about dragons anyway. And besides, ,I came to this Ashen Steppes place for one reason, as I signed up with this Oharmony thing , and came here to get laid, ,but the one I was supposed to meet stood me up. Therefore, I want some fun times, and you are the one around. I am willing to lower my expectations to what I said, but no lower, so it is that, your soul, or your first born child. Completely up to you, though if your soul is mine, in all honesty, you are perhaps even more screwed, pun intended".

"I do hope you are okay with kissing and some making out though, as any promotion will insist on that, after all, like they say, sex does sell. I accept your acceptance of my deal", she said with a smile, shaking his hand, not sealing the deal with a kiss like he almost certainly thought she would, then continued to walk with him, grinning to herself at how easy that had been. She knew she could be manipulative like her brother, but usually bribed with her body instead of making deals like she had here, though now she decided to add that move to her back of tricks from now on.

He did not know the lay of the land so well , hoping she did . Though he could vaguely pick up a lot of fire based beings out this way , and the scent of booze in the distance let him know there was a community of dwarves about . He spoke up getting an idea about just what to do .
" I suppose the mountains are heavy dwarf territory , if we are roading it will be a good place to pick up stuff we are going to need . We also might be able to con them out of a land runner of some kind "

Anders found himself questioning his sanity traveling with this woman , she was surely going to drive him insane . He could be convinced of that , he tried not to let that show on his face . He also decidedly would not find a good opponent in a town full of dwarves , they were never much for the style of wrestling he was a part of .
Along the way it seemed woefully quiet , a lot of ash fall and heat . However nothing seemed to be disturbing their travels just yet , he had little doubt this would be a long trip .

Rias continued walking in front of him as well, again doing her bit as the ditzy sexpot, just looking for some fun with the champion, though in actuality, she was scanning about as well, looking for any trouble or people looking to hurt them, or to challenge the one she was traveling with, but she was not seeing anyone either, so she just kept walking along, being wary all the while.

Anders was the first to spot something out of the corner of his eye however , he rubbed his eyes to make sure he was not simply seeing things . However once he confirmed it was not the heat playing tricks on him he was quick to make a note of it out loud .
" Okay then we have flying turtles , and little mushroom people .. what the actual hell "

"Hmm, not sure I have ever collected the DNA of any of those, perhaps I should do that", she said with a speculative look in her eye, ,giving him the idea, if he was paying attention, that she was definitely not just some coat-tail riding slut. She seemed almost like a scientist for a moment, before shaking her head, and going back to the role she was supposed to be playing. "Maybe you will find an opponent here, Boss", she said with a grin.

Anders had no idea what might be in store , still unaware of just what was going on . This universe had many challenges in store for him , that much he could discern already .

"Just so you know, ,Boss, I am not sure you will find anyone willing to fight you for your title here", Rias said with a shrug, ,looking at the turtle people, which she knew to be Koopas. "As a matter of fact, there is not really anything that your title has that will likely interest them at all".

" While certainly a unique way to pick I have a better idea , I use my trip here to gather knowledge on the other areas . I am sure someone here knows something about this place , or we could backtrack . The gate I took in is less than 2 miles that way , go back through that whitewashed area .. picking at random might lead us to someplace worse though

After traveling a little ways further they ran into a hapless traveler who happened to live in this area , Anders got quite the interesting idea just then . Getting a two person huddle with them , in exchange for all the information this traveler could give . The megastar of the I.g.p.w.f would help get this random passerby some fame , or perhaps even infamy of sorts . Once the terms were agreed to , Anders decided they would need a venue for this .
It took him far longer than anticipated to pull it all together though , a gorgeous arena with an entry ramp forming . He found himself breathing quite heavily though , it was quick to fill up with koopas , goombas , and other creatures native to this area . Anders even made a whole show of it , getting participants who wanted to square off in on the ordeal . Making a show of all of it , he even managed to summon his favorite ring announcer . Though he knew he could not keep all this going for all too terribly long , it was quite the strain on him .
The main event would be his first title defense , and one hell of a fight for him the way he set it up . His entrance spectacular as always , a consummate showman putting work in . He made this passerby look credible , like an actual threat to his reign . Getting the crowd behind a random no name secondary that people normally could not be paid to care about .
A solid four star performance was what was given , Anders carrying each spot like it mattered . Even small ones like head locks and arm holds looked devastating when he executed them , he got all the information he had wanted and more in return for the next spot in the match . Eventually setting up to use Rias as the distraction and hook the males trousers to secure the three count fall . Eliciting boos and various objects being thrown at him , as he reveled in his ill gotten victory .
It would end up being one of the most talked about shows in recent memory , and broadcast by many onlookers though the Omniverse . It was the first major victory as a performer for him , and he hoped it would hardly be the last
