The familiar struggle of Okor's voice begins anew, rasping through a corrupted vox.

I... apologize for my recent absence. The Smiling One, as always, sought to make fools of us all. Many Primes were forced into his latest farce. I still await the aftermath to be known. I... encountered Colonel. He is a more than suitable subordinate. It is good to see some vestiges of sanity retained in Omni's realm of madness.

Speaking of madness. During the events of what has been known as 'The... Hero's Graveyard', I was separated from the Institute forces present. According to a 'Smith', Wolfe and Colonel were deceived into betraying their fellow Primes in the battle by the former Dante's Abyss champion.

As your... Dean of Security, I believe it my duty to administer... justice. We are all prisoners of The Smiling One, and the actions of this... Sasuke, have eroded the trust we place in each other. And to use The Institute for his own selfish goals?

My Lord, I humbly ask for permission to secure the Omniverse, by ridding it of a serpent. We seek peace, and it cannot flourish while wastes of life seek to poison the realm for their own benefit.

A prompt reply comes within a matter of seconds. The droning buzz of Okor's text-to-speech software grinds itself out of dormancy with a wave of buzzing static.

Okor,

I am incensed to learn that you were drawn against your will into another pointless death match, especially so because it seems that you as well as several other Institute faithful were affected.

I had heard a report that Colonel and other Primes had gone missing. I suppose this solves one enigma in the short term, but I will want full debriefings from all of you at some point.

As for Sasuke Uchiha, I am irritated that he would incite open hostilies on Institute members. Either this was a deliberate act of war, or, the boy is simply uninformed and ignorant. I had hoped to avoid open hostilities with New Babylon, but if reports are accurate, Uchiha has all but abandoned his previous alleigance.

I believe there is a way we can leverage this without reprisal, however. Deal with him as you see fit, but once all is said and done, tell him that if he seeks revenge, he will never learn where his brother is hiding.

I assure you, that will be more than sufficient incentive for him to cow to our heel for a long time.
