Prime history: In Teddy’s timeline, Earth of 2020 is a nuclear wasteland. As a youth, Theodore was a circus bear before being adopted as the circus disbanded. Not much more is known about this Prime, though his species rarity across the timelines is largely why Omni may have selected him. More will surely come to light...
Physical Description: A half breed survivor of both the otherwise extinct Californian and Mexican Grizzly Bear( Ursus Actus Californicus and Nelson ). Wears a straw cowboy hat with a solar powered fan rather than the traditional star. A large woolen “Chuba” with several animal designs knit into the garment.

A ball of incandescent, non flickering light formed between the hands and/or paws of the caster. Said ball can be slammed into enemies for a burning effect on impact or floated about once conjured for illumination in dark places.

First Impression — Doing more damage in differing circumstances isn't something that's done here. You could simply say it's more effective due to surprise, if you like; but that's a given for most techniques. That said, how long does it take to bring up and fire this shockwave?
