It's great that people want to help out but, unless you're a staff member, I'm going to have to ask you to refrain from posting in Join Applications.
I already asked Proto about it and he agrees with me that normal members shouldn't be posting in Join Applications. Even if you think you know what you're talking about, it's a Staff Job. While this sounds a little harsh, it is true. We, as angels, know what we're looking for in join applications. It's harsh, but it's true.
I'd also like to point out that we really don't want it becoming a normal thing, or a habit that people get into. We get that we've been swamped the past few weeks (the new changes are definitely helping with that), but we don't need the extra clutter in Join Application.
Edit: Of course, this doesn't apply to the people who submitted the join form. They would be required to reply there.
