A Shooting Star Strikes the Nexus!

It was not a particularly unusual night on Star Hill. The stars up above were bright as usual and the stars swirled about the hill. New stars formed on the rolling meteor hills waiting to catch a wish from some inhabitant of the Mushroom World. Silently, a star sprite floated about the un-granted wishes. It had been a long time in the human sense that ♥♪!? had acted on his true purpose, protector of Star Road. It was as it should be, mortals had no business interfering with the inner workings of the cosmos and this location was just a small part of how the Mushroom World tied into everything. However, in the greater sense such things happened very rarely so the Smithy Gang invasion was still recent, relatively speaking though many years had passed.

♥♪!? had nothing to defend against with no invaders trying to steal the power of star road for the most part so he often wandered down from Star Road to Star Hill to assist in the regular maintenance and observe more closely the mushroom kingdom. After his adventures in the world to stop Smithy he had a vested interest in some of the inhabitants that he had interacted with. Gaz in particular he watched to see where her life went. He had used her wish and her doll to defend Star Road. He was deeply appreciative of her assistance in the matter, it was young children where the strongest and purest wishes dwelled and that was part of why he was able to stop Smithy. The others that helped him also went about their lives, Mario the world wide known plumber and hero, Peach the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mallow the cloud prince, and even King Bowser leader of the villainous Koopa Troopa.

He looked from one to another and observed what the person had wished for. Ones that were obviously granted wishes he pushed along, while others that could never be granted were cleared out to make room. This part wasn't the only step along the way, even the best of wishes could have untold effects on the world and Star Road did not grant wishes that would end poorly so each had to be analyzed further. However a wish like "I want to be rich!" was obviously ruled out for its selfish nature. The process would almost resolve itself as the good wishes tend to rise and old tend to fall, so going and doing it manually was just idle work.

♥♪!? couldn't exactly be sure when it happened but from one moment to another he was suddenly somewhere else. He was suspended in a dark void of nothingness. This was puzzling for the star sprite, how did he end up here in all places, a place shielded from the stars? It was almost like what the inside of the Void was supposed to be had the Dark Prognosticus succeeded in . Unlike the void, there was a humanoid figure contrasting the background being entirely white. The figure start to speak which is when ♥♪!? realized that he could not move or respond to it.

“My name is Omni. This is not the world you know. This is the Omniverse. You interest me, so I have made you part of it. The Omniverse is a place that reflects the wishes of those who are part of it. But! There are rules. I will explain them only once, so listen carefully.”

Omni hands you a glimmering orb in which all the colors of the rainbow coalesce. “This is Omnilium. It’s what ties the Omniverse together. Without it, you are nothing. With it, anything you desire can be yours. But you will need more than this. If you desire it enough, you will find it. You will find that using it comes naturally. Just think of what you desire most.

“You will not be alone in the Omniverse. There are others. Of course, they, too desire Omnilium. Do not fear death. For as long as you interest me, you will be reborn.

“That’s all you need to know right now. You’ll figure out the rest soon enough. I’ll be watching … and waiting.”

Vivio Takamachi had no luck in finding her mother. With Kris who was worried about it's master... Along with the two blues turned storm troopers that she met when she first came to the Omniverse, were trying to cheer her up. And failing. "Come on Vivi! I'm sure Your Nanika mama-" Caboose began. "Nanoha..." Tucker corrected. "Nanoha mama and Raging-" "Raising Heart." Tucker interrupted again. "Raising Heart. Are around here somewhere." He said. All Vivio could do was sigh. Tucker scratched his head and looked up. It seemed a new prime showed up. "Hey Vivio... I've got an idea to take your mind of your mom." Vivio looked up at Tucker.... or Caboose. She could never really tell since they both wore the standard white Storm Trooper uniform. "What?" Tucker pointed over to the fountain. Vivio looked and saw what looked like a wooden Puppet. "I belive that's the newest Prime... Why don't you go talk to him and help him out." Tucker said. Vivio smiled slightly and nodded. She began her trek to the Fountain.

Earlier

Geno nodded as Ash wandered off on her own and thanked her but she was already on her way. The demonic looking creature had at least provided him with some useful information. The lights in the distance were gates leading to other worlds. She had also attributed everything to a digital world, but Geno hadn't quite accepted that idea yet. Everything was as of yet too realistic, an aspect that was usually not universally kept in such a setting. He set off now on his own again back to the Fountain to find another traveler to speak too. Odds are now though, he considered, that the others in the local area were as new as he was and possibly just as confused. Geno would have to be careful about what information he took as fact.


Now

Geno resurveyed the others around him. The many beings here seemed to have thinned out compared to his last look around not ten minutes ago. However, again he did not want to be rude and address others that seemed busy or did not want. He started to reconsider his approach to this situation. Perhaps he would be able to find more information if he visited one of these gates and found people on the other side to speak to. Then a young lady and two space marine armored individuals approached Geno, their approach obviously intent on meeting Geno. "Hello strangers! I am Geno, may I help you with something?"

The Star Warrior thought about things, but realized that what he should really be doing is get going. He could spend more time here asking random strangers, but he was still close to where he arrived. If others were similar to him then it would stand to reason that he would find more luck through one of the gates. Maybe he would end up in that place called Coruscant or another location he knew even less about. "While I wish I could help you I must get going. Farewell!"
