History:
If you like probably six paragraphs of spoilers for something I may or may not ever finish in my existance, then strap yourself in.
Paige lived the first 18 years of her life on Earth in a relatively normal fashion; she had several close friends, enjoyed reading and indulging in scientific phenomena, and enjoyed the company of her cat before he passed away. It wasn't until the day after her 18th birthday that she discovered a mysterious book adorned in gears and sand. Its pages were empty, so she decided to keep it for herself and write in its pages. Upon an accident she had later that day which resulted in her death, she awoke behind the pages of her book. It turned out that it could revert time back to a previous point where she had signed her name automatically when she died. More importantly, she could remember everything up to the moment she died even though the event wouldn't happen for a few hours.
Later that night, she awoke to find her parents dead. The only clue leading to the murderer was a path of oil that led out toward a mysterious cave in the distance. With this book, several utilities from around the house, and a friend or two on her side, she set out on a quest to find her parents, discover the origin of this book, and discover the true potential behind her mental time travelling abilities.
She explored several locales throughout her adventures, from the floating skylands to the twilit forest, eventually culminating in her arrival at the Clockworks, the end of time as it were. On the surface it was a desert filled with gears and pipes spouting forth sand. Underneath, a maze of metal platforms and gears suspended by wooden beams above a sea of sand which flowed from above. Here, she met Horol, the mostly cybernetic creator of the temporal ledger who murdered her parents for stealing his book. If she gives him the book, he would probably undo her input in the book and kill her on the spot, so she instead opts to kill him.
After this, she learns of a method to turn back time without dying, and goes back to save her parents. In the process, that timeline's variant of Horol works as hard as possible to get the book back and prevent Paige from using it, as he realizes she now has the ability to fluidly alter reality. Everything from large knights to capturing and manipulating her friends comes into play, but she overcomes it all. She defeats the old cyborg again, but is now wondering what she may have missed along the way. She goes back in time again, not to save her parents but simply to indulge in the world that she never got to fully engage in.
Many timelines pass, and the snarky but well-meaning Paige has become rather abusive and callous. Sometimes she kills for fun, or because she "didn't like someone's tone." She commits many crimes, including (but not limited to) theft, homocide, physical abuse, and actively hindering the progress of mankind in the sense that she destroys cures for fatal or troubling diseases and causes some of the greatest in society to succumb to Death's embrace. Most of this was not out of inherant malace, but some sadistic curiosity driven by the world around her. Occasionally she would do a good deed here or there, but having exhausted many of her better options, she becomes rather crude and heinous as a result. Even in adventures which are more neutral than not, she acts in ways which she'd have found revolting back before she found the book.
The book was not designed for such severe wear and tear; the farther one goes back, the more damage the tome takes, and Paige was heading back to the start many, many times. Much of the cover was faded and scratched, or even torn at some points, and an ominous orange light glew from within. Future adventures started to seem different. Friends who once welcomed her with open arms were now more skeptical, and eventually outright distrusted her; however, they could never explain why they felt so. Some towns started worshiping the "god in the orange robe", and others had a notable ban on ball caps and hoodies.
It was not until a few timelines before her entrance into the Omniverse that she truely understood the severity of her mental state; it is unknown what made her click into reality, but suddenly she understood the pain her friends were undergoing. This wasn't just her messing around with a timeline; this pain transitioned between them, the splitting seams of the book carried their agony throughout time and space. As such, she went back to fix her mentality on life; went to a psychiatrist, practiced being more like she used to, and trying to rebuild lost connections with her friends. Some were willing to forgive her, as their emotions were never easy to justify in the first place. Others were rather stubborn, and she never quite got close to them again before she was summoned into the Nexus for the first time.
There are other potential instances of Paige based on if her motives were different, but this is the product which shall be used for this roleplaying forum.

Stats:
Str.: 3
Def.: 2
Spd.: 1
Tec.: 4
Proficiencies:
-Ranged (1000)
-Area Attack (600)
Powers:
-Basic Enhanced Senses (1400)
-Stealth (800)
Moves:
Scoped Revolver (300)
Requires: Ranged Pro.
A silvery steel revolver with a rosewood grip engraved with penrose triangles. The scope is quite long, extending almost past the back of the grip and down about 2/3 of the barrel. The gun is about 9 inches long, with the barrel being 5.5 inches and the scope at 7. Holds six bullets at a time, with a fire rate of about three seconds. Has abysmal accuracy when fired without using the sight; a man five feet in front of you, when firing from the hip, only has something of a 20% chance to hit. It also produces a notably loud ring when fired, easily heard from upwards of 30 feet by someone without enchanced senses. Aiming with the sight is much more accurate, allowing the user to achieve high accuracy from a distance of 600 feet away.
Vegas Gambler (900)
Requires: Ranged Pro., Area Attack Pro.
A vibrant revolver, blue at the grip with a pink trigger guard. The barrel is pink at the end, blending gracefully into indigo as it comes back in toward the glass chamber. It is adorned in all sorts of gold designs. It is 10 inches long, with a 6 inch barrel and a rather long chamber. Instead of a hammer, the Vegas Gambler has a dice popper on the back.
The gun is semi-automatic with a fire rate of 1/3 a second, but it does not use conventional bullets (requiring no ammo or reloading in the process). Rather, it can shoot weaker than average shots (75% normal damage) or be charged to do more damage. Holding the trigger or the dice popper forces the dice to bounce around rapidly, gaining in momentum and powering the chamber. Upon release, the gun (ideally) fires a much stronger blast than normal, an additional 25% per second charged.
The major caveat is that for each second held from 2 sec. onward, the blaster is 10% less likely to function properly, and in doing so ends up exploding upon release. The explosion grows in strength based on time. 1 second probably would do nothing more than cause some recoil (the explosion mostly reserved to about 5 inches in front of the barrel), but at 5 seconds a character of 3 atk. 2 def. has a good chance to lose a limb or worse. The gun can be charged indefinitely, though it will automatically explode at 10 seconds charge with a radius of about 15 feet.
