...What?
#1
Cole had seemingly just... blanked out? He remembered 2 people... one named Ricky, and one Warren, but not much else. He was asked a question, and then he couldn't remember anything. The people were gone, so he assumed he had been out for a while. Cole had to do something, so he just decided to test out the powers Omni had told him about. Supposedly, with it anything he wanted could be his. Applying that, it was a simple matter figuring out what it had meant. It obviously meant with this power, this "Omnilium", he could summon things. Cole focused, envisioning a small motorcycle appearing, like how he was trained to summon things with his ring. Yet for some reason... it didn't work. Cole supposed that this wouldn't work, that Omnilium was somehow used for something else. Put simply, Cole supposed that he was wrong. He began to try things with his ring, to see if he still had his powers. Without a guide, he'd need to figure things out himself. First he tried forming a shield, a protective bubble around himself. It worked, and a faint blue sphere appeared around him, thin but protective. Next, he tried an attack, a blue ball of energy in his hand. That, too worked, forming a like sphere, but on a smaller scale, which he then threw at the ground in the distance. He tried several other techniques, including a bolt of energy, a fist of energy, and even tried flying but none of them worked. It seemed like here in the Omniverse he'd need to get back his powers slowly, perhaps through this Omnilium. Cole decided he needed to go to some verse, the smaller areas Ricky had told him about, and decided, out of pure, pointless rebellion, to go to the one place Ricky had said not to go: Coruscant.

Cole walked around, looking for someone that seemed experienced in the world, to show him to Coruscant. Perhaps a native, of course, unlike him, as they would be more well versed in this world. But, on further consideration, for all Cole knew, he was the only one brought there, and everyone else was native. He quickly dismissed this thought, as he was certainly not important enough to be the only person brought here. Cole walked up to a nearby person, a small, wiry woman with long legs.
"Excuse me," He said, walking towards her, "Can you tell me where Coruscant is?" He inquired, to which the woman simply replied with pointing, to a far away gate-like object. It was quite a distance away, so immediately Cole set off, pondering as he went. Why, he wondered, had he blanked out as he did? A part of this new location? If it was the Omniverse that caused this, that would certainly not be good. It was a possibility, certainly. But hopefully not the truth. Then it dawned on him: perhaps it was just something with him. Specifically, the Power Ring. He held the ring up to his face, to which it began to glow. It played a message, in a simple, robotic tone.
You have entered an area not cataloged in the Green Lantern Archives, or any personal B"lue Lantern Database. As you are a new recruit, you have been put into a temporary coma, and a message was sent to the Blue Lantern Corps. Members should arrive shortly.
"Wha-Disable any restrictions on the ring."
Unrecognised Command. Cole sighed.
"Okay then, uh, disable any Green Lantern Procedures"
Error. You are not authorised to make such a command.
"ARGH!" Cole ripped off his ring, throwing it aside. During his conversation, Cole had not noticed a figure forming next to him. It was a grey humanoid figure, similar to stereotypical aliens. He wore the Blue Lantern uniform, and then Cole realised. Somehow, here was... Saint Walker? The very founder of The Blue Lantern Corps, and one of the most important members.
"Having some trouble with that?" Walker asked, walking over towards Cole. He tapped Cole's ring, which then blinked. "I never liked those things. Never got why the Green Lanterns insisted we needed them."
"Are you really... Saint Walker?" Cole asked, awestruck. Walker looked down at himself, holding out his arms and inspecting them.
"As far as I can tell, that's a definite 'Maybe'" Walker let out a deep laugh at this. "But I think the more important question is, where are we?"

"Didn't that 'Omni' tell you?"
"I've heard nothing of an Omni. You did?"
"Yes, I did. It was a thing, that seemed to bring us here. It said that it had brought us here because we interested him..." Cole thought thoroughly, trying to remember what Omni had said. "There is a thing called 'Omnilium', which supposedly brings us what we want. Oh, and there are others like us." So Cole was wrong, when he thought about it, earlier. He wasn't the only one like this.
"Well, this Omni said nothing to me. I think, perhaps, bringing me here was the work of this Omnilium? You said it brings what you desire, and you seemed to be desiring some way to fix that ring. So, what are you doing?"
"Well, according to someone I found earlier, there are many smaller universes, including one called 'Coruscant', a world of advanced technology. I'm planning to head there, to get myself acquainted with this world. So, let's go then!"Cole said, mockingly taking Walker's hand before quickly letting go, as he began to walk to the gate that was supposedly leading to this "Coruscant".

After nearly an hour of walking, Cole stopped, looking to the side.
"Walker," He said, pointing to the side. "Look at that!" In the distance, there was a man, summoning a horse.
"What? I thought you said that you couldn't summon things?" Walker replied.
"I thought I couldn't! I'll go ask how he does it." Cole walked up to the man, quickly as to get to him before he rode away. "Excuse me!' He said when he was just next to the man. "How did you summon that?" The man chuckled.
"You new?" He asked, and as he did Cole was able to better see him. He was tall, with brown hair and quite a bit of stubble. The man was wearing leather armour, but contrary to his mostly medieval appearance, he carried multiple guns with him, a pistol on his side and a larger gun on his back.

"It's pretty simple. Just focus on the stuff Omni talked about, Omnilium? And just imagine the object." Cole looked confused at this.
"I tried that!" He yelled, angry at how it didn't work. Quickly, Walker stepped up.
"Cole, did you try to summon it how we summon things with our ring?"

"Y.. yes?" Cole replied, unsure why Walker mentioned it.
"That explains it. With our rings, you were instructed to have a vague idea of what you want, and the ring will guide you based on your mind. With this, it seems, you must focus on what you want. Correct, sir?"
"Yeah, that's right."
"Alright, then, I'll try that."
"But, I have something to tell you. I can't really summon stuff like that. To be honest, this horse was just teleported here from a stable. That's just what I heard from people like you."
"Wha.. bu... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THIS WHOLE GODDAMN TIME, I'VE BEEN TAKING ADVICE ON HOW TO SUMMON THINGS, FROM SOMEONE WHO CAN'T SUMMON THINGS! WHAT THE-"
"Cole. Calm down." Walker interrupted. "Just try it. Even if he can't summon things the advice he gave may still work." To this, Cole said nothing, merely closing his eyes. He visualised a vehicle coming into existence, a motorcycle with a sidecar, a very simple vehicle. He envisioned all of the intricacies, the controls, the seats, and suddenly, when he opened his eyes, there stood the exact same vehicle.
"Wow. That was quick."
"Sorry to contradict, but that took a few minutes."
"What? Really? Odd." Saying nothing else, Cole jumped onto the motorcycle, motioning for Walker to get in the sidecar. He did, and Cole set off, at a much faster speed than he was going just walking. As he rode, he noticed that his muscles seemed somewhat sore, as though he had been doing strenuous work. Not much, but enough for him to realise something was odd. He wondered about it, thinking that perhaps, this was the cost of using Omnilium. In about half an hour, silent as Cole was inexperienced at driving, they had arrived at the gate that lead to the "Coruscant". He quickly jumped out, Walker following, and went inside, heading into this new world.
