Suggestion
#1
I've thought of this for a while, and decided that I needed to suggest it. I've thought of two items that would make the RP more interesting. One is a more powerful healing item, and the second is a ressurection type item that you could spend OM on. What do you all think of that idea? It's something I thought of in the past, but then realized would be insanely useful today.

From the items page of the rules: http://omniverse-rpg.com/items.php#Items_And_Artefacts

Senzu Bean – 1000 OM
May be used to instantly remove all of the user's wounds and fatigue.

Resurrection is a nope. I guess if you really tried you might be able to get a high tier healing super move to bring back someone who recently died (with the right drawbacks - and it would probably have to be hard to use, otherwise you could just use it to avoid a loss in a fight). But I can't confirm that that would even be possible. When you're dead, you're dead. All primes already respawn, so it's not something people would be spending OM on often - it's easier just to keep you and your friends alive with healing items (or the power). Or by resting up outside of combat.

Also this:

Quote:Medi-Gel – 50 OM

An all-purpose medicinal salve combining an anaesthetic and clotting agent, able to instantly seal injuries against infection and induce rapid healing in injuries. Usually stored in purpose-made canisters that can hold several uses. Restores 1 point of damage. However, it cannot heal Serious or Major injuries like shattered bones and severed limbs. See Fighting and Competition Rules for more information on damage and injuries.

I'd assume this part also applies to Warren's current condition.

It cannot. However, in a personal storyline you're free to make use of medical facilities that might exist wherever you are. That can be a full blown bacta tank to heal you in a few hours or just a hospital bed with an IV drip of pain killers. It's up to you and your imagination. The strict rules only exist for healing in official fights and events where damage is actually calculated.

Yeah, I've done that myself.
Outside of a fight it's easy to get healed... hell, you can even just say that you just lazed about for several hours and used Omnilium to heal up, like China, Dane & CP did after our fight in the Tangled Green.

And the Senzu Bean that Dabony mentioned does fully heal your Injuries, I'm pretty sure, so that seems like it'd be ideal... though they are pretty expensive, so you obviously wouldn't want to use them all the time.

Warren meant the Medi-Gel I had quoted. A completely different item than the Senzu Bean. I was agreeing that Medi Gel does not heal you fully nor does it treat serious wounds with one application.

Yeah, I know what he meant.
I was referring to his original question about powerful healing items... I think that fully healing with the Senzu Bean functions the same as using Advanced Regeneration to get back to full health (meaning lost limbs are regrown), but i'm not completely sure, as the description only states that it removes 'wounds', not 'Injuries', which would mean that it could potentially function the same way as Basic Regeneration instead (meaning that you could still heal to full health, but if you had lost a hand then your wrist would just heal as a stump, like IRL).

Like I said, I don't think it works in the latter way... but i've never actually read a fight in which one has been used, so I can't yet be certain.

The Official stance is that a senzu bean heals everything. You're spending 1000 OM on an item to completely restore your character. It does just that.
