Refunding a move I haven't used yet?

So, at the current point, the direction I'm taking Mick Rory prevents me from using Leonard Snart or the Cold Gun. Could I get a full refund for the Cold Gun? I have it purchased, but have done literally nothing with it.

Once you've posted something's purchase in your log, you have it for all intents and purposes. So no full refund, just the normal half OM, at least unless it's a particularly complicated circumstance, which this doesn't seem like.
