Anyway, this is the permissions thread for Dominator's brand new base, located in the Ashen Steppes in a cave overlooking a Koopa Garrison. 

It is nice and simple. Anyone who is aligned with the Koopa Kingdom is free to use the base's guest quarters (read: garrison) and may stay there until/unless they piss off Dominator. 

You are not allowed in her private quarters. 

If more than two people are staying in the garrison they will need to bring their own bed. (BYOB)

You don't need approval to have a base, unless it's large enough to become a dominant(no pun intended) landmark.
