Gin steps out of the gate, a bit shaken from the events he just witnessed. "Man, what a day this turned out to be," Gin said, walking over to a balcony nearby. Peering outside, Gin was greeted with a breathtaking view of the city's skyline. The sky scrapers in the distance seemed to reach even further into the sky than the building that housed the gate. Flying cars darted in between every building at every possible altitude with a surprising amount of grace. The setting sun bathed everything in a brilliant orange hue. It shined through every nook and cranny of the city, including the large atrium Gin was currently in.
"Man I wish Tonic could see this, too bad the troopers said I had to leave him out there," he said, talking to himself.
"It's beautiful, isn't it?" said a voice behind him.
Gin turned around, "Yeah, it's wonder- huh?" Gin stopped as he realized nobody was there, in fact he was the only one currently in the atrium. "What the heck?" Gin wondered aloud. As Gin opened his mouth to call out for anyone there, a sharp pain went through his head. Gin rubbed his temples, trying to dispel the sudden headache. "Dammit, not this again. I think I'm gonna need to see a doctor about these things," he said. As the headache began to subside, Gin walked towards the nearest staircase and stopped just before the first step. A poster on the wall had caught his eye, it seemed familiar somehow.
Getting a better look at it, Gin's eye opened wide in surprise. "Wait, it's already time for the next one?" he reads the poster further, "SIGN UPS ARE ONLY IN THOSE THREE PLACES?! I DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME!" Gin sprinted towards the gate, "SON OF A BIIIIIII-" he yelled before crossing the gate.
