A while ago I researched famous writer/actors last words and was not disappointed by some of the deeply resounding ones. It's no surprise that this year we have lost a lot of great and inspirational icons, but I've often wondered what my own last words would be, hopefully, however, I would have to speak them for many decades.
Anyway any thoughts or known quotes you have to share might be cool. There is a darkness in this thread, I think, but also, a great light in what it can mean when you interpret it in a certain way.

"End Quote."
But seriously though-
Contrastingly, Karl Marx said, not too long before his passing, that "Last words are for fools who have not said enough." Not to bash this topic, just as a springboard for thought.
Grieg, the composer, had one that reminded me of some shit that I would pull. On his death bed, he literally said, "Well, if it must be so."
Almost made a My Chemical Romance reference, but it's too soon.

'The ending was as expected — underwhelming.'
Although, assuming I wouldn't just say a loved one's name (or whoever would be there at the time), chances are that I would just blatantly steal one of these, especially since I probably wouldn't have time to think of something at that moment:

"potahto."
So that if someone asks, "What were his last words?" my relatives can say, "He said 'potahto'" and if this person truly loves me they'll follow with "LET'S CALL THE WHOLE THING OFF"
Odd hours. Call for appointment.
